How has the theme of “Trust Rules” impacted his life?

• He lives by the word “truth” every day of his life and to continuing to grow by trust rules to build his credibility. “Trust rules” help leaders to follow rules of thumb to incorporate them with his/her team. John Maxwell combines them to create and inspire change for the greater good and pursue perfection.

How has charisma played a part in his success? What type of charisma does he

demonstrate?

• Charisma while he is presenting is important so he can show a level of confidence and happiness while doing what he loves most, inspire leaders. He demonstrates a visionary charisma in which he focuses on the future and inspire others to share his vision.

What type of Powers does he have? Why?

• He has the power of persuasion, motivation, initiative, coaching, and influence. This gives him the power to help other business leaders and to acquire greatness. Helping others is actually helping yourself.

What is he doing well in his leadership message out to other leaders?

• Yes, he has a wealth of resources such as: coaching, personal training, conventions, conferences, books, assessments, workshops, DVD Training Kits, and free resources.

• His business depends on the message that he sends to leaders and by inspiring and motivating them to be better will improve his reputation. His books are greatly acquired and used to continue thrive leaders into sharing their motivation and trust to others.

What suggestions would you give Maxwell to get his message out to

more leaders?• Creating a YouTube channel that addressed all questions from

their leaders to discuss improvement on the areas that he might be missing, and helping the team members to understand leaders to discuss in an open discussion the relationship and differences between them. There might be a leader between the sheep and we might not now it but by giving people a chance, there might be a leader between them.
