employees at work!
For many of us motivation is either thereor not!
Hence all behavior and performanceproblems somehow are referred
to asmanifestations of motivation inadequacy!

Motivation is a self-rationalization to act ornot to act in a
situation, whichever isconsistent to the given personal motives
orinterests (needs in particular)
Behaviors ignited merely by motivation canhave different
manifestations, namely; Rational Type
Hyper Type
Fence-sitter Type
Withdrawn Type

Satisfaction is a function of motives one carries inlife.
Greater the motives lower will be thesatisfaction perceived, as
achievements wouldalways be shadowed by unfulfilled motives
Contentment is a function of perceived value ofachievement. An
