Trust this finds you and yours well and enjoying life thru God’s Love and Grace.

Jan 31st—Spoke to Couples’ Conference in Tanuku town. 800 pastors and their wives attended. Bible-based family values are going down even among those in the ministry. It surely was a great conference as I poured my heart out to the pastors and their wives on Relationshipsfor which we are created by the Father God. Three conditions we must meet in order to keep our relationships happy & healthy—Mutual Trust, Mutual Optimism, and Mutual Willingness to adjust. The organizers announced another conference with me for next year.

Nireekshan & Tabitha Kancharla are the senior pastors of the Church at Hyderabad. Tabitha also serves as Office Secretary at Hydeabad Ministry Center. She has done a two-day Retreat for 100 women recently including 23 pastors’ wives from villages. Tabitha has encouraged the local church ladies to bring sarries hoping to present a sarry to each of them. They responded generously and brought so many that each of 23 pastors’ wives got five sarees (traditional woman’s dress). It was a great event where God has spoken to each of them in a powerful way. God is using them mightily.

Maranatha Bible Schools at Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Visakhapatnam –

I started the first Bible School in 1984 with 12 young men. Some of them are doing great ministry pastoring churches with hundreds of converts. Seven of them did their Master’s degree and are teaching in our Bible Schools. They still talk about the impact of Bible School training and how it has shaped up their lives. We trained about 3000 students since the beginning of this ministry.

We now have 3 Bible Schools training 150-200 young men and women every year for the ministry. Some undergo 1-year and others 2-year and a few 3-year program. The students get up around 5 AM for Dorm Devotions and be in classes at 8 AM-1.30 PM. They are in library 2-4 PM and evening devotions and study hour 8-10 PM. They are in fasting prayer every Friday night. The Holy Spirit is doing mighty work in them.

This is an accredited Bible School by Asian Theological Association (ATA).

Esther, a 3rd year student from a Hindu family in Chennai (Madras city). A person of pride and wanted to live loose life being a beautician by profession before Bible School. She was touched by the power of the Holy Spirit in her life that she is determined to serve the Lord all her life. She said that the faculty members deal with students like parents and encourage like friends. She is very thankful that God has led her to our Bible School. She is a real blessing to the fellow students.

Bindu Madhavi, B.Th. 1st Year student in English Medium. She hails from a Hindu family but got saved. Learned the importance of discipleship, understood the need of character building, experiencing the power of the Holy Spirit, seriously committed to the ministry.

Ravi, a 2nd Year student, hails from a Christian family but lived undisciplined life and seldom attended Sunday services before he came to our Bible School at Hyderabad. He was touched during fasting prayers that are conducted last Friday & Saturday of every month. He is now changed and dedicated to serve the Lord till his death. He is a balanced young man in Prayer & Bible reading, discipline, and self control. He has burden to go to an unreached and backward area in our state for church planting.

Maranatha Bible School at Visakha – Silas & Padma Siripurapu, DirectorsSunil, graduated from Visakha Bible School, involved in youth ministry in another state, Karnataka. God used him in a mighty way to touch many young people by preaching the gospel and counseling. Hindu fanatics in his area attacked him and filed a case against him. He was in police custody for four days. God delivered him through the intervention of a political leader. He has started his ministry in another city, Hospet. 

Haseena Begum, graduated from Visakha Bible School. It is quite a challenge for her to share the gospel in her own Muslim community. Our intensive training made her as a bold and effective communicator of the glorious gospel.  She is talented and gifted to minister. She came to our school as raw material but was manufactured to become a finished product for God’s use.

John also graduated from Visakha Bible School and now attending a graduate school to pursue his Master of Divinity program.

Along with class room teaching, students are taken out for practical training in evangelism under the supervision of the faculty. Recreational trips to various places and social events are planned for cultural awareness of the students.  The faculty is building them to build others for Christ.

Maranatha Bible School at Vijayawada, Viswa Prasad Alluri, DirectorThis original Bible School usually has about 60-80 students every year. We bought new books for its library as part of getting it accredited by ATA. You may donate to purchase more books.

Prasad Alluri did Power Retreats in summer for the youth in villages. Power point presentation, skits, songs, choreography, powerful & spirit filled worship, challenging messages have really touched youth that many young men and women have responded with enthusiasm.

Our well trained faculty trained 40 students in summer Bible School. Prasad & Latha share in the chapel services. They received certificates for this course while 36 regular Bible School students graduated after completing 2 and 3 year programs. This school has had tremendous impact on training the youth over the years.

The Dean wrote — Our hearts filled with gratitude to God for the successful completion of the past academic year and we want to say thank you, Sir. Pastor Moses, We know that your prayers and tears are behind all the work here. Your life has been a message to all of us, the faculty and students at Vijayawada.

Praise Reports from our Pastors—Jesus is still in healing & saving:Church planters reported that the souls came into the Kingdom as 1011 accepted Jesus, 300 converts Water-Baptized, 573 received the Holy Spirit, and 625 open air meetings conducted.

A.Viswa Prasad, Vijayawada: A believer had heart attack besides other health issues and mental problems. She was discharged from the hospital after all the necessary medical treatment. She lost her hope of being well again. Prasad & Latha visited her home, counseled, and prayed for her. God has miraculously healed her. She went for a medical check-up 10 days later and the reports showed her in good health. She put her faith in the Lord and got encouraged by the God’s Word. Praise His Powerful Name!!

A woman suffered from horrible skin allergy on her entire body with severe itching and burning. The doctor said that her blood got contaminated. She was put thru all possible treatments for 3 months. She was involved in the ‘Prayer Hut service’ in our ministry. We prayed for her. God touched her with compassion and she is well now. Hallelujah!

Yehoshuva, Dachepalli: A demon-possessed woman was taken for the Sunday worship to the Church. The pastor and congregation prayed for her and God has delivered her. She saw a great miracle on her first visit to the church. Halleluiah!!

Yesudasu, Kaza: A widow abandoned by her family due to her physically challenged situation became helpless and couldn’t feed herself. God has intervened saying, ‘I never leave you nor forsake you’. She woke up and accepted Jesus as her Savior & Provider from that day. Not only did she hear God’s Voice but also got healed and started walking without walking stick. God blessed her with a new house. Praise God for loving the poor and hurting!!

Jeevan Paul, Machilipatnam: A believer working in Railways saw a robbery while at job, but was suspected by the superior officers lost his job. The church prayed for him as he was disturbed by this. God gave His favor that he was found innocent and got his job back. Nothing is impossible for our God. Is it?

A woman was witch-crafted and tortured by demons. She was brought into the church fasting prayer. The Holy Spirit touched her that the demonic powers had to leave.

Abraham, Shadnagar: He was beaten by radical Hindus while riding his motor bike at night after a village meeting. He was taken to a doctor for treatment. He is doing well now. Church planting is tough in villages. He cannot go to that village. However, two young men from that village are attending the church in a nearby town where Abraham built an Asbestos roofed

shed for the services.God is pleased in them that are willing to pay the price to preach the Gospel.

Bhagavandas, Chandarlapadu:A woman had no children for 4 years. We prayed for her with fasting for many times. And now, God blessed her with a child.

Anjaneyulu, Hanuman Junction: A female believer had to be rushed to the hospital due to pain in her body. The necessary tests done showed that one heart wall was damaged. The Doctor decided to do the heart surgery. She is very poor and requested the church members to pray for her. God gave an unbelievable healing to her without any surgery. Later tests showed that she was completely healed. Praise the Lord!!

Kotibabu, T. P. Gudem: Three believers in this church were not faithful in tithing. They didn’t heed God’s word. They, however, faced many losses. Then, they realized that they were wrong in robbing God and started bringing their tithes. They shared testimony before the congregation. Now, they are being blessed of God. Great!!

Praveen, Hindupur: A woman was prepared for surgery as her stomach ulcer was about to burst. Praveen prayed in Jesus’ Name as she came to the Sunday service before going to the surgery. The doctor sent her for x-ray again and found, to his surprise, no ulcer in her stomach at all. Everything is possible to God. Isn’t it? Glory!!

A woman had no children for 7 years. The church prayed for her many times and God blessed the couple and she is now expecting.

A woman was abandoned by her husband right after marriage for 3 years. Praveen prayed for their unity for 3 years. God has been merciful to her cry and wiped her tears. Her husband realized that he was wrong and came for her in peace. Praise the Lord!!

Prem Sundar, Vempa: A man suffered from Cancer and struggled for life. He requested for prayer and the congregation cried out for him. God has graciously heard our prayers and healed him. Halleluiah!

Rani, Nakerekallu: A woman suffered from Breast Cancer and lost her hope for life. God has intervened as Rani prayed for healing. Now she doesn’t have any trace of cancer in her body. Halleluiah!

Bhaskar, Tirupathi: A woman suffering from demons faced many health problems. The pastor prayed for her. God delivered her from the enemy’s bonds and gave good health. Praise the Lord!!

Vijay Kumar, Kuravi: A woman was in very serious condition in her 3rd delivery due to lack of blood. The lives of both mother and child were in danger. The church members cried out to God on their behalf. God was compassionate to grace her with normal delivery. The mother and child are well now. PTL!!

Yesudas, Ankapur: A believer was attacked by paralysis and hospitalized. The church prayed for him. God has healed him that he is able to walk with no help. Glory to God!!

Basha, Piduguralla: A young man asked for a prayer request that he needs a good job after immediate completion of his education. God blessed him with a good job with a grand salary. Halleluiah!

Anand Kumar, Pallantla: A believer’s daughter of 5 yearsfell off from the 2nd floor of a building. She was rushed to the hospital with severe head injury and bleeding. We all cried out to the Lord for her. And God has intervened. Now, the girl is healthy and active. Glory to God!!

Preaching Ministry —It is amazing to me that God has chosen preaching as a means to determine the soul’s eternal destiny. The Gospel is being preached by our pastors thru signs

and wonders. The Kingdom of God is advancing into the unreached areas where people are hungry for the True & Living God.

The church planters are willing to pay the price to win the lost. The ministries are growing in the villages. We are facing bumps and ditches in our path but God’s Grace is sufficient to hold us in the arena. Thanks to you all for the strategic role you play in our ministries on the Mission Field.

A widow wrote the following to us:”My name is D. Devi. My husband died of cancer after five years of our marriage. We spent a lot of money for his treatment and ended in debts. I have two daughters and a son. I had to take up the whole responsibility of my family. My father-in-law is paralyzed and mother-in-law is blind. We all live in a rented house. I wash utensils from house to house but the meager income I get is not enough to feed us. My health is not good. So I started searching for some help, then I came to know of Maranatha children home. So kindly help us by taking my son into your Home”. We hear such cries all the time.
