For MS Word 2010:
On the tab click then .This will open the Document Properties panel.
Enter the name of your club, festival, etc., in Subject, and the event date in Category.
Close the Document Properties by clicking on in this panel.The information you have entered will now appear at the foot of pages 2 to 4 of this document.For other versions of Word or other word processing software:You will need to overtype the content including and within < > on each page.
2. Creating Posters and FlyersPage 2 is intended to be printed 1 up to produce an A4 size poster.
Pages 3 and 4 are intended to be printed 2 up to produce A5 flyers.
