MM About Staff

MM About StaffFrom the table of staff we can see that the people in counter are at least two in meal time especially at lunch there is one person standing by. And the employees packing hamburgers are two at lunch time, others are one employee. So the total number of staff at lunch and dinner is higher than other time.

SituationSituation

M M About Customers No matter customers in seating area, in line and waiting

to-go are higher at lunch and dinner time than others.

AnalysisAnalysis

M M Owners’ prospect a. Operating Aspect

1. It might be difficult to operate successfully as usual if added the online ordering system without any expansion.

2. This ordering system can save space in the Mos Burger by decreasing the number of queuing. For example in the breakfast time at 9:00a.m..

3. Through the system, the order can be sent to produce directly so that it can not only diminish the working process but avoid mistakes of keying in orders.

M M Owners’ prospect b. Financial Aspect

1. If they want to rebuild the kitchen then need to spend a large amount of money obviously.

2. If they want to establish a unique online order system, it will also cost more.

3. Before putting this plan into practice, the Mos Burger must need to persuade the main manager of it first to get the permission.

AnalysisAnalysis

M M Customers’ prospect 1. It could help customers reduce time from

waiting, save money on telephone call for sure, and enhance the convenience.

2. It could be a little bit incontinent because of the necessary of the computer and internet.

AnalysisAnalysis

ConclusionsConclusions

M M We think the on-line ordering system is feasible in this Mos Burger in NCHU.
