THE SOLUTIONWith a holistic understating of current market conditions, The Judge Group was able to anticipate the new staffing needs of the company. THE RESULTJudge delivered on finding a mixture of permanent and contract candidates to fill the roles. Additionally, Judge started a new contract processing and closing team for the company’s retail lending operations, which is a first for the mortgage company. Kickoff meetings run by Judge were held with the client first, then the contractors. These were a strong component of Judge’s success for the project. Last minute details before contractors started were discussed, as well as ensuring that everyone was on the same page.

Within a month’s time, Judge had already delivered over 100 resources. Judge developed a regular reporting structure to track progress and review with the client on a weekly basis. Additionally, meetings and calls were scheduled at set intervals with the client’s internal recruiter team to ensure all goals and objectives were being met.
