Anne MurphyEMPLOYEE OF THE MONTHUtility Supervisor - Kitchen, Buffel Park

Anne always performs her role in a professional manner. She is continuously training her team and leading by example. During the recent demob of Buffel Park, Anne was forced to quickly take over the entire kitchen operations with all of the Morris chefs taking up transfers to other sites.

Anne operated the kitchen throughout September with a complete labour hire workforce from the Head Chef down to every utility. Quality control, SOW, ordering as well as demobing the kitchen, all done without complaint and without hiccup to resident services. Nil incidents, injury free performance.
