Detailed Itinerary

DAY 01 MUMBAI - (BY AIR) CASABLANCA – MARRAKESH(241Kms/2-3 Hrs Approx)

Assemble at Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport to board your via flight for Casablanca. After clearing Customs & Immigration formalities proceed to Marrakesh. Upon arrival check in to hotel. Evening free time for shopping or at Leisure. Dinner and overnight in Marrakesh.

DAY 02 MARRAKESH (CITY TOUR)

After breakfast, we proceed for guided tour of the Imperial City of Marrakech –

also known as ‘the red city’ for its famous pink-hued ramparts: The visit includes the most beautiful sites of Marrakech. You will visit the Bahia Palace, the Saadian tombs, the Koutoubia minaret and the emblematic place, the famous busy and large square of Jemaa el Fna which is the beating heart of Marrakech. You could indulge in the daytime activities of the busy main square – acrobats, snake-charmers, musicians, juice-sellers

and henna-artists.. The afternoon is dedicated to the visit of the colorful souks of the city. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 03 MARRAKESH

After breakfast along with our guide, we go for a visit of the breathtaking Majorelle

garden and the YSL museum followed by a Guided excursion to the Atlas Mountains. The tour goes over the Atlas Mountains, so you will be able to enjoy beautiful landscapes with local villages and elevated scenery of the surrounding areas during your journey. Return back to Marrakesh and spend overnight in hotel.

DAY 04 MARRAKESH- DESERT CAMP

After breakfast check out and proceed to your luxury desert camps which offers a spectacular nomadic experience. Upon arrival check into your Luxury tent. Later you can take walks in one of the most enchanting Desert of the world. Evening free time at camp. Guest can opt for optional activities like.. Camel Ride, sandboarding, climbing the dunes, enjoying the evening's informal music and drumming around the campfire. spend overnight in Desert camp.

DAY 05 DESERT CAMP - FES

After Breakfast we depart for Fez, The beautiful drive will take you up through the Berber villages and towns of Imouzzer du Kandar a small town situated 625m above sea-level, and Ifran, a delightful ski resort well known for its wood carving in the heart of the Middle Atlas Mountains, then Azrou, a relaxed Berber town, enjoying superb scenery and interesting road stops all the way. Reach Beni Mellal city through the mountain regions, a modern town surrounded by orange and olive groves. Then continue your journey to Fez. Upon arrival check in to hotel. Overnight in Fez.

DAY 06 FES

After breakfast proceed for Guided city tour of the spiritual capital of Morocco.

Panoramic view of this magnificent site of Borj South or Borj North. Then departure for the visit of the spiritual city: Fez el-Jdid and its mellah (old Jewish quarter), doors of the royal palace. A city where hand-pulled carts and donkeys are the only means of transportation inside the Medina and the buzzing daily commerce inside the medieval walls will give you a very authentic experience and a taste of the real Moroccan culture. Discovery of the unique atmosphere of the medina of Fez el-Bali: Madrassah Bou-Inania or Attarine, Islamic University of Karaouiyine, Nejjarine Fountain, souks, Batha Museum of Moroccan Arts. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 07 FES – RABAT - CASABLANCA

After breakfast check out and head towards Casablanca via the capital city Rabat.

Visit the administrative capital of Morocco passing in front of the royal palace, visit of the Kasbah Oudaïa and the Hassan tower. Enjoy lunch in Rabat and then proceed to Casablanca. Upon arrival proceed for Casablanca guided tour of the white city, visit Mohammed V Square and the United Nations Square, the NotreDame-de-Lourdes Church, the modern residential district of Anfa and the magnificent cornice. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 08 CASABLANCA – MUMBAI (BY AIR)

After breakfast check out and proceed for Casablanca International airport to board your via flight for Mumbai.

07) Visa & Insurance: Morocco visa Cost is Included in the above cost. However if any of

the Consulates rejects visas once, you are liable to pay the re-application visa fees. Overseas travel insurance included in the tour cost for upto 59 years of age.

08) Sightseeing: Inclusions as mentioned in the above Itinerary. 09) Transportation: Private 22/32/42/48-Seater Coach depending on final group size. 10) Payments: Payments favoring Kulin Kumar Holidays Pvt. Ltd as per below:

INR 65,000 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking along with passport copies, PAN card and Aadhar card for all travelers

Balance tour payments portion to be paid 45 days prior to the departure.

11) Cancellation: 90 Days Prior to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost + Visa Charges.

60 Days Prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost + Visa Charges. 45 Days Prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost + Visa Charges. 15 Days Prior to Departure 100% of the Tour Cost + Visa Charges

12) Validity: Rates quoted are Valid for travel in Feb-March-2020 only.

Necessary Information & Services

There will NOT be any luggage handling facility throughout the tour in Motor Coach, Hotels and airport, passengers will have to handle their own luggage.

Passengers having excess baggage of more than 20 Kgs check in baggage are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly to the airport & airline authorities. Hand luggage of 07 Kgs per person is allowed.

All passengers have to carry 01 kitchen (18 kgs) bag per couple which shall be handed over at Mumbai airport, to be checked in & collected at final destination and hand over to the tour leader upon arrival.

The temperature in Morocco during Feb-March will be between 10 to 16 degrees. One jacket/sweater will be recommended for this kind of weather.

Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will have to be paid for locally in the respective local currency (Moroccan dirham-MAD). Any unused service/facility/sightseeing tours are non-refundable to the passenger.

All the travelers must clear all their respective payments 45 days prior to their tour departure failing to which company has the right to cancel their booking without any notice.

Any items/things used by individuals in their respective rooms like Drinks, Snacks, Beverages, Television channels, over flow of water from the bathroom, any room damage etc will be billed to their rooms & will have to pay before check out.

A few hotels may require your credit card details at the time of check-in for incidentals. This is a practice followed by all leading hotels worldwide. However you will not be charged if you do not use any additional hotel facility. (Mini bar, laundry, spa, pay TV, damages, etc.).

We reserve the right to amend, alter or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, the itinerary may be amended.

Any service from hotels, airlines, visas etc is not a responsibility of Kulin Kumar Holidays Pvt. Ltd. (KKHPL), hotels/airlines may change due to availability and alternate similar service will be provided.

There are no refunds for any services & attractions voluntarily not utilized during the tour.

In Morocco most tours require a reasonable level of fitness to be able to walk on sightseeing trips, navigate along uneven ground and should be able to walk unaided for up to 2-3kms. A good level of fitness is essential for you to undertake walks in hot conditions and over terrain with uneven and slippery surfaces. It is Passengers responsibility to carry any medication require for the tour’s duration and consult your local medical practitioner for any health advice.

KKHPL holds no responsibility for any loss of luggage, injuries or death or theft during the tour program. KKHPL is arranging services like airline, visas, hotels, sightseeing, meals, etc on behalf of its clients, KKHPL is not responsible for services offered by its service vendors.

Any form of departure fees or departure taxes which are to be paid directly at the airports by the individual passenger are not included in the tour cost. As on date and so far in the past there are NO departure fees or any such charges which are to be paid by any traveler out of European airports.

Driver / Coach guide & tour leader shall make decisions for all activities / sightseeing planned considering all the logistics as per laws. Coach is not available for individual optional activities

KKHPL is arranging services like airline, visas, hotels, sightseeing, meals, etc on behalf of it’s clients, KKHPL is not responsible for deficiency in services offered by its service vendors.

Even though request of having rooms close/next to each other have been forwarded, hotels cannot guarantee the same as hotel rooms are allocated as per discretion of hotel management based on availability of rooms. However, any change of room request can be made by directly approaching Reception.

Punctuality and Driver Regulations:

o Captains are bound by local laws and restrictions about driving hours per day and per week. All itineraries and routes are planned as per them. Therefore, it is essential for everyone to follow the time and route strictly and punctually.

o For anyone willing to leave parks/sightseeing earlier/later they may do so on own arrangements without affecting itinerary.

o All vehicle routes have been pre-set and are tracked by GPS. The bus company will not agree to any new changes made to the current routing and itinerary.

o The driver will not be responsible for keeping the bus clean. Kindly eat and drink in the bus with caution and use your own paper/plastic bags for garbage disposal.
