August 16, 2016 Dear Sir or Madam, It’s my pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation for Morgan as she seeks employment. As Morgan’s manager at Gildan I’ve worked closely with her over the past 2 years. Morgan has shown excellent communication skills and consistently exceeds our expectations. On a personal level, Morgan is well spoken and very organized; both qualities have served her well in the role of customer service representative. Due to her move to Columbia/ Lexington, Morgan is seeking employment elsewhere. All of us at Gildan will be sad to see such a valuable team member leave, but our loss is truly your gain. I have listed examples below. First, Morgan has handled the majority of our consumer complaints for her tenure in customer service. As anyone knows dealing with disappointed customers is not always an easy task, however Morgan patiently listens to the customers and follows through to be sure that they are pleased once they receive their replacement package of product or refund. She also diligently handles the tracking of all the complaints and replacements department wide all the while she has regular accounts to handle. Second, Morgan handles our craft business where she continuously balances inventory between several customers and communicates opportunities with our sales team. Morgan does a great job and we have had several compliments from our craft customers as well as our sales team on her organization and communication skills. She also is great at problem solving when there is an inventory issue to be sure all the customers get their “fair share” Lastly, Morgan’s growth since she joined our department has been incredible. Once a timid, eager to learn “rookie” was helping to train and asking for more accounts within a few months of being in customer service. She has a very well rounded knowledge base and is very much a team player. While she may seem like the quiet one in the corner she is listening and

Dear Sir or Madam,

It’s my pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation for Morgan as she seeks employment.

She also is great at problem solving when there is an inventory issue to be sure all the customers get their “fair share”

Lastly, Morgan’s growth since she joined our department has been incredible. Once a timid, eager to learn “rookie” was helping to train and asking for more accounts within a few months of being in customer service. She has a very well rounded knowledge base and is very much a team player. While she may seem like the quiet one in the corner she is listening and soaking up as much information as possible and will surprise you with how much she knows.

In closing I would like to reiterate my strong support of Morgan as she has been a wonderful asset to our team here at Gildan. I am sure she will surpass any expectations you have for her. Morgan is driven, organized, proactively helpful and smart and I know she will continue to be successful in any organization. Please feel free to contact me at (843) 606-3687 or [email protected] with any questions. Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
