Prices are net. All shipments are
C.O.D., Money Order or Credit Card,
unless other arrangements are made
through Global Footwear Partners, Inc.
We do offer credit for qualified cus-
tomers through our factor service.
Prices:
Prices are subject to change without
notice. All merchandise (original and
back orders) will be billed at the
prevailing prices at the time
of shipment.
Drop Shipments:
We offer a business to business web-
site and drop ship service. There is a
$5.00 charge for each domestic ship-
ment. Returns for drop shipped mer-
chandise will not be accepted from a
3rd party individual. No call tags will be
issued for drop ships, and we will only
credit accounts for merchandise with a
manufacture defect.
Freight:
All merchandise will be shipped via
United Parcel Service unless otherwise
specified. Drop shipments will only be
shipped via United Parcel
Service. All goods are shipped F.O.B.
Long Beach, California.
Returns:
No returns will be accepted without a
return authorization number. Returns
will only be accepted for manufacture
defect or non-conforming orders.
You may contact our customer service
department for policies and
return procedures.
Claims:
We do not accept claims for used or
worn goods. All claims for discrep-
ancies and shipping errors must be
made within 10 days of receipt of
merchandise. Any claims due to carton
damage or breakage must be made
with the carrier directly.
Refused Shipments:
Receipts of any refused shipment by
Global Footwear Partners, Inc. without
prior notice, is considered a request to
cancel all outstanding orders.
All refused shipments will result in a
15% restocking charge plus any
additional freight costs incurred.
These charges will be added to
re-shipments or future orders before
shipments may resume.
Insufficient Funds:
A $40.00 fee will apply on each check
returned for insufficient funds.

photographic, website, or artwork im-
ages is governed by Global Footwear
Partners, Inc. Image Release Agree-
ment. Images, including those con-
tained in this catalog may only be used
pursuant to the terms of that agree-
ment by persons who have signed it.
