Serchem has been established since 1981 and has gained valuable knowledge and expertise in all areas of business and shares its extensive knowledge with strategic partners to promote and assist in forging strong, ethical working relationships. The chemical production plant and 15,000 square foot distribution centre is based in Telford, Shropshire. The manufacturing of our own specialist products gives us complete control and enables us to deliver to all client sites within a 3-5 working day period at ‘no’ additional expense. LAUNDRY RANGE

Laundry Range

Serchem can provide a comprehensive range of laundry cleaning products and softeners that will compliment any on-premise laundry facility. Benefit from the latest in dispenser technology installed on a ‘free-on-loan’ basis to ensure that correct and safe dosing is achieved every time you wash.

As with the whole Serchem range, our laundry products will provide piece of mind at an economical rate, providing excellent results consistently for your laundry operation. These products can be supplied in normal or bulk format depending on the requirement.

Serchem Central Dosing SystemThe purpose of a central dosing system is to allow a dedicated area for the storage of bulk chemical containers, to provide remote dosing of automated washers and dishwashers.

As well as being self-funding by the reduction in the purchase price of the chemicals there are several additional benefits to having such a system. The main benefits revolve around the safety aspect by which the system helps to prevent injury occurring to machine operators. Because the chemicals are storage in a dedicated area this allows for adherence to mandatory chemical bunding and spill control regulations. This also completely removes the necessity for manual handling of the products which prevents the risk of injury through lifting and splashing whilst changing the chemical containers.

WareDose is the new range of compact dosing systems for dosing detergent and rinse aid combined into professional warewash machines. Its easy installation and intuitive programming makes these products the best solution for small and medium size warewash machines, like hood and conveyor machines.

It is no longer acceptable to pour harsh caustic chemicals or acids down the drain to clear fat build up or blockages. The DD1 provides accurate automatic dosing of environmentally friendly enzyme based chemicals that will naturally prevent the build-up of fat, providing they are applied regularly at the appropriate time of day. Drainage outlets in areas where food preparation is taking place should have a means of preventing fat build-up which can lead to blockages and odour problems.
