TERM 2 WORK PACKAGESOn Tuesday 28 April, work packages will be ready to collect from the canteen area. If your surname (of youngest child) ends with:A-C 8.30-9.30am N-R 11.30-12.30pmD-H 9.30-10.30am S-T 12.30-1.30pmI- M 10.30-11.30am U-Z 1.30-2.30pmPlease come at these times ONLY. Please park on the oval on Ironbark Street or in the Child and Parent Centre carpark. You will be directed to maintain 1.5m social distance and be given hand sanitizer on the way in. A staff member will be there to sign out your children’s packs and to show you where to go.

FINALLY… HOLIDAYS!Please give yourselves and your children a rest from online learning for the next two weeks. It is time to relax, get outdoors and share some fun together. From the PrincipalDear Parents and Caregivers,

WE ARE MISSING YOU ALL!!All our staff have been busy sending out online learning activities to everyone and preparing work packages for Term 2. We have also been ringing and emailing all families to see how you are going. We have missed seeing your smiling faces at our school and catching up with all our families. We hope that you are keeping well.

WE ARE HERE FOR YOUPlease feel free to contact your child’s teacher or the Front Office if we can be of any assistance. Mr Butcher, Mrs Triscari and Mrs Ebtekar along with every class teacher will be making sure that we stay in touch each week. You should have already received at least one phone call to check how you are going and to find out if you have the internet and a device to work on.

THANK YOU PARENTS AND CARERSWe appreciate your support in keeping your children at home to make sure that we are all safe. We thank you for doing your best to guide them on their Connect Learning at Home journey. We know that this is not an easy job! Please do not feel pressured to do more than either you, or your child can cope with. Teachers are here to help!THANK YOU STAFFThank you to our wonderful staff who have all been working so hard, solving each new problem, having patience and supporting each other. We have all learnt so much as well! Congratulations on such dedication and for tackling such a huge challenge.

TERM 2 LEARNING AT HOMEOur latest directive from the Education Department is that children are to remain at home to learn in Term 2. Teachers will be on site to coordinate work packages and to communicate with each student at least once a week either by phone or email.

ANZAC DAYPlease remember that ANZAC Day falls during the holidays on April 25. I am sure that there will be some form of observance televised for us to remember those who have fallen in wars.

CONNECT UP AND RUNNINGParents should have received an email from [email protected] email will have your username and password to set up. Our website also has connect Step by Step guide for parents and in different languages. All students have their own accounts and are able to login too.
