Part 1 of our Boot Camp is scheduled for Thursday afternoon, Friday and Saturday, October 2-4, starting at 5:00 pm on Thursday and concluding at

2:30 pm on Saturday. We are planning a visit of an area school or two on Friday morning to give you even more ideas. In addition to dynamic

workshops dealing with the nitty-gritty details of the job, you will be paired with a Mentor who will work with you over the next 4 months on projects

geared specifically for your center. You will have time at the Boot Camp to discuss and plan, followed up by phone calls, video conferencing and/

or emails with your Mentor.

Part 2 of our Boot Camp will be held at the ELEA Administrator/Pastor conference in Reno, Nevada on February 24-25, 2015. At this conference,

special workshops will be planned to continue your training, and time will be scheduled to again meet with your Mentor to finish up your project. All

of the Boot Camp trainees will be recognized at the close of the conference and we will celebrate your successes!
