________Yes, I will participate in the Montpelier Wine Festival on May 7 & 8, 2016 This event receives a maximum amount of advertising for my winery, I agree to promote the Wine Festival and my participation in it at every available opportunity – both at my winery and in mailings I may send prior to the event (the Festival can provide copy if requested).

EACH Winery will receive a 20 x 20 Private tent with six (6) tables and two (2) chairs. Additional tables and chairs may be rented.

I would like to rent _____ 30 x 90 additional banquet tables at $15 each.

I would like to rent _____ chairs at $4 each.

PARTICIPATION FEE: $600 to be made payable to the Orange County Chamber of Commerce ($100 is paid back to each winery for tasting fees. The balance covers the cost of your tent & tables, potable water, ice & security). In addition, each winery is to provide ONE CASE of product (mixed cases preferred). This wine is used in gift baskets given to the sponsors and purchasers of tables & tents during the event to further promote the wineries. (Festival Staff will pick up your case by 10 am Saturday morning of the event.)

Please forward a Certificate of Insurance to the address below. The Certificate shall list the following organizations as additional insured: The Montpelier Foundation; the Orange County Chamber of Commerce; The Montpelier Wine Festival; and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Wineries to Provide:

Signed Application with $600 fee (covers tent, tables, rinsing water, overnight security, etc. as per above )

One case of product (mixed case accepted) to be used for gift baskets for sponsors & to promote wineries

Agreement to distribute this Festival’s information via your email and/or mailing list

Certificate of Insurance per above instructions needed by April 15th Wine Festival to Provide:

20x20 tent with six long tables and two chairs for each wineries’ use

Potable water for rinsing

Security at site from 11 am Saturday May 7 through 5 pm Sunday May 8

Will call pick up for wine purchases

Six (6) bags of ice per day – Total 12 bags. Additional bags will be $5 each.

Festival web site promotion with each wineries’ name and web site link.

Advertisement & promotion of this event via radio, print, web, social media & posters covering radius of 100 miles of the festival site.
