Notable Activities occurred this Period:

▪ Construction:

o Knapp Elementary School

▪ Contaminated soils removed from site

▪ Classroom Addition footings and piers installed 90%

▪ Underground piping installed at new office area

▪ Temporary partitions installed for areas started early Phase 1B and Phase 2

▪ ACM abatement started Phase 2

▪ Storm water piping from basin to street installed

▪ Lansdale Borough has indicated they will not replace storm water from Knoll Dr.

▪ Unidentified concrete curbing around the perimeter of the existing track

needs to be removed and disposed of from the site.

▪ Underground transite sanitary piping removal currently under way. Should

be completed this week.

▪ Unsuitable soils at various areas surrounding track and in field. Heavily

pumping soils were discovered at new track location identified. Removal

under way.

▪ Discrepancies in scale on the drawings supplied to the Architect, resulted in

inaccurate survey dimensions for Communications work during the bidding

process. Quantities confirmed and reviewed. Change order request

submitted COR EC 001 - $30,146.83

▪ RFI#30 Additional Shock (water hammer) Arrestors COR PC 001 - $1,443.92

▪ ASI-001 Additional Roof Drain COR PC 002- $6,274.85
