Important Achievements (Update Progress)

1. Two hundred Janani Express vehicles have been incorporated in health system. At present total operational are 600.

2. One hundred 108 Ambulances have been incorporated in health system. At present total operational are 649.

3. Intensive inspection and monitoring of all medical institutions is being done regularly.

4. Cleanliness and sanitation work in all medical institutions has been completed.

5. Action plan prepared and implemented for control of VBD (Vector Borne Disease).

6. Work plan has been prepared for reduction in IMR (Infant Mortality Rate) and MMR (Maternal Mortality Ratio)

7. For convenience of public sign board/ information panes has been ensured at all medical institutions.

8. All Medical and Para-Medical staff started to come on duty in uniform.

9. Vision document has been prepared.

10. ISO 9001-2008 certificate delivered to Rajasthan Medical Service Corporation (Head Quarter).

Improve Shubh Laxmi Scheme on the lines of Ladli Laxmi Scheme of MP.

Subhlaxmi Yojna has been studied online of MP Shchem but MP scheme in finance meeting it was decided that financial burden of the scheme is high. E-Subhlaxmi Yojna started from 15 Oct., 2014 so that online payment of 2nd installment can be started from 15 Oct, 2015.

Social review of MMR to be taken up seriously.

For orientation of ASHA's on social audit of maternal death a brochure has been designed & printed. District ASHA Coordinator & Block ASHA facilitator had been trained at state level as TOT, who will train the PHC ASHA supervisor during sector meeting. JSY and JSSK Scheme being implemented in the State. All pregnant women including antenatal and postnatal period are provided free services-free medicine, free investigation, free food free referral transport, free blood transfusion and free from users charges. High Risk pregnant women will be given free transportation for consultation with the specialist and if admitted in hospitals than free food will be supplied in addition to the above. Hundred bedded, fifty bedded, twenty bedded MCH/JSY ward are udner progress at 159 health facilities for mother and child. In Government Health Care facilities where specialist are not available, than Rs. 1500 would be paid on call private specialist per C-Section would be paid to private specialist call. On non availability of specialist for C-Section at FRU, can be hired on contract as follows-1.Specialist can be taken @ one lac. Per month for high priority District FRU. 2. Specialist can be taken @ eighty thousand (80,000) per month for other District FRU. 3. Specialist can be taken @ sixty thousands (60,000) per month for other newly contruted MCH wing. As per census 2011 Child sex ratio (O-6Year) in the State is 888. Effective implementation of PCPNDT Act is being done in the State for improvement in the child sex ratio such as:- Constitution of Appropriate Authorities at three levels. State Level - under the Chairmanship of Special Secretary and MD NHM Medical and Health Department. District Level - under the chairmanship of District Collector. Sub Divisional- under the Chairmanship of Sub divisional Magistrate. Action taken by Appropriate Authority in the State:- Registrations of Sonography Centre (Govt-184+Pvt-2086)= 2270, Inspections= 6281, Suspension/Cancellation= 157/349, Seal and Seizures= 391, Complaints have been filed in the court= 588, Convictions/Charge Frame = 59, Mukhbir Yojna - Under the scheme, State Govt. has declared award of Rs. 1,00,000 to the "Mukhbir" for giving authentic information of sex selection. Total 7 persons have been awarded. 23 decoy operations have been conducted. Registration suspended by RMC = 21 doctors. For Effective IEC 4 Hamari Beti Express van is being utilized under supervision and monitoring of Director IEC. 104 Toll free number to be used for complaints of sex determination (complaints received 25 and closed 6)
