that the Council provides and commissions. There is

a need for a renewed push on models of

accommodation and support for people with learning

disabilities, so scrutiny could explore how the

Council prioritises the modernising of services for

people with learning disabilities with the newly

appointed learning disabilities commissioner funded

through the intermediate care fund.
