2. Point wise compliance status to various stipulations laid down by the Ministry in its clearanceletter No SEAC-2212/CR.508/TC.2 are as follows:

Condition Status1. This environmental clearance is issued subject to land useverification. Local authority/ planning authority shouldensure this with request to Rules, Regulations,Notifications, Government Resolution, Circulars, etc.issued if any Judgments/ orders issued by Hon’ble HighCourt, Hon’ble NGT, Hon’ble Supreme Court regardingDCR provisions, Environmental issues applicable in thismatter should be verified. PP should submit exactly thesame plans appraised by concerned SEAC and SEIAA. Ifany discrepancy found in the plans submitted or detailsprovided in the above para may be reported toEnvironmental Department. The EnvironmentalClearance issued with respect to the environmentalconsideration and it does not mean that State LevelImpact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) approved theproposed land use.

2. E- Waste shall be disposed through Authorized Vender asper E- waste ( Management and Handling) Rules, 2011 E Waste to be generated fromproject site will hand over toauthorized vender as per the E-waste ( Management andHandling) Rules, 20113. PP to ensure that no treated water or any waste / sewageshall be discharged into the water body, river, nallh orstorm water drain and in case any violation is observed,the MSEDL shall disconnect the power supply.We ensure that, no treatedwater or any other waste/sewage shall be discharge inwater body. Will disposed atsewer line.4. This Environmental Clearance is issued subject toobtaining NOC from Forestry & Wild Life angle includingclearance from the standing committee of the NationalBoard for Wild Life as if applicable & this EnvironmentalClearance does not necessarily implies that Forestry &Wild Life clearance granted to the project which will beconsidered separately on merit.

All required sanitary and hygienic measures should be inplace before starting construction activities and to bemaintained throughout the construction phase. Provision shall be made for the housing of constructionlabour within the site with all necessary infrastructureand facilities such as fuel for cooking, mobile toilets,mobile STP, safe drinking water, medical health care,crèche etc.All necessary infrastructure andfacilities like sanitary facilities,drinking water, crèche etc. areprovided at site for workers.2. Adequate drinking water and sanitary facilities should beprovided for construction workers at the site. Provisionshould be made for mobile toilets. The safe disposal ofwastewater and solid wastes generated during theconstruction phase should be ensured.We are providing drinkingwater and sanitary facility onsite for workers.

3. The solid waste generated should be properly collectedand segregated. Dry/inert solid waste should be disposedoff to the approved sites for land filling after recoveringrecyclable material.Complied.The generated solid waste willbe segregated in to biodegradable and non-bio-degradable.Non-biodegradable wasteshould be collected and handedover to authorized agency andbiodegradable waste will betreated by organic wasteconverter at site and used asmanure for gardening purpose.

Condition Status4. Disposal of muck during construction phase should notcreate any adverse effect on neighboring communitiesand be disposed taking the necessary precautions forgeneral safety and health aspects of people, only inapproved sites with the approval of competent authority.Excess excavated material andconstruction waste is usedwithin the site.5. Arrangement shall be made that waste water and stormwater do not get mixed. Separate network for stormwater and sewage are provided.6. All the topsoil excavated during construction activitiesshould be stored for use in horticulture / landscapedevelopment within the project site. Excavated topsoil duringconstruction activities are usedfor landscape developmentwithin the project site.7. Additional soil for leveling of the proposed site shall begenerated within the sites (to the extent possible) so thatnatural drainage system of the area is protected andimproved.Excess soil used for the siteleveling.

8. Green Belt Development shall be carried out consideringCPCB guidelines including selection of plant species andin consultation with the local DFO/ Agriculture Dept. Green Belt Development will becarried out considering CPCBGuidelines.4768.00 sq.mt area shall bedeveloped as green belt.There will be tree plantation ofabout 280 nos.9. Soil and ground water sample will be tested to ascertainthat there is no threat to ground water quality by leachingof heavy metals and other toxic contaminants. As per the report contaminationwas not observed.Copy of test report is attachedas Enclosure 610. Construction spoils, including bituminous material andother hazardous material must not be allowed tocontaminate water courses and the dumpsites for suchmaterial must be secured so that they should not leachinto the ground water.Adequate measures areprovided.Dump site is in the corner of thesite.11. Any hazardous waste generated during constructionphase should be disposed off as per applicable rules andnorms with necessary approvals of the MaharashtraPollution Control Board.DG sets to be used duringconstruction phase has lowSulphur diesel type and havingacoustic enclosure.12. The diesel generator sets to be used during constructionphase should be low Sulphur diesel type and shouldconform to Environment (Protection) Rules prescribedfor air and noise emission standards.DG sets to be used duringconstruction phase has lowSulphur diesel type and havingacoustic enclosure.13. The diesel required for operating DG sets shall be storedin underground tanks and if required, clearance fromconcern authority shall be taken. The DG sets are purchased withinbuilt storage tank, so there isno need to stored diesel inunderground tank.

Condition Status14. Vehicles hired for bringing construction material to thesites should be in good condition and should havepollution check certificate and should conform toapplicable air and noise emission standards and shouldbe operated only during non-peak hours.Complied.Vehicle are checked for PUCcertificate.Copy of PUC is attached asEnclosure 715. Ambient noise levels should conform to residentialstandards both during day and night. Incrementalpollution loads on the ambient air and noise qualityshould be closely monitored during construction phase.Adequate measures should be made to reduce ambient airand noise level during construction phase, so as toconform to the stipulated standards by CPCB/MPCB.

Complied.Ambient Air and Noise level iscarried out by MoEF approvedlaboratory. Monitoring reportsare attached as Enclosure 6.

16. Fly ash should be used as building material in theconstruction as per the provision of Fly Ash Notificationof September 1999 and amended as on 27th August,2003.( The above condition is applicable only if theproject site located within the 100 km of Thermal PowerStation ).Fly ash bricks were used inconstruction phase.

17. Ready mixed concrete must be used in buildingconstruction. Ready mixed concrete used inbuilding construction.18. The approval of competent authority shall be obtained forstructural safety of the building any possible earthquake,adequacy of firefighting equipment etc. as per NationalBuilding Code including measures from lighting.Yes, we provide the structuralsafety of building.Fire NOC is attached. Pleaserefer Enclosure 4 for yourreference.19. Strom water control and its re-use as per CGWB and BSIStandards for various applications. Rain water harvesting pits (33nos. of size 1.5mX1.5m) areprovided.20. Water demand during construction should be reduce byuse of pre-mixed concrete, curing agents and other bestpractices referred. Ready mix concrete was usedduring construction.21. The ground water level and its quality should bemonitored regularly in consultation with Ground waterAuthority. There is no ground waterextraction.22. The installation of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)should be certified by an independent expert and a reportin this regard should be submitted to the EnvironmentDepartment before the project is commissioned foroperation. Treated effluent emanating from STP shall berecycled/ refused to the maximum extent possible.Treatment of 100% gray water by decentralizedtreatment should be done. Discharge of unused treatedeffluent shall conform to the norms and standards of the

Condition StatusMaharashtra Pollution Control Board. Necessarymeasures should be made to mitigate the odor problemfrom STP. line.23. Permission to draw ground water shall be obtained fromthe competent authority prior to construction / operationof the project. Tanker water from localsuppliers is used for theconstruction.Water from the Pune MunicipalCorporation will be supplied tothe project during operationphase.24. Separation of gray and black water should be done by theuse of dual plumbing line for separation of gray and blackwater. Grey and black water separatedby the use of dual plumbing line.25. Fixtures for showers, toilet flushing and drinking shouldbe of low flow either by use of aerators or pressureduring devices or sensor based control. Adequate measures will betaken in to consideration tominimize the wastage of water.26. Use of glass may be reduced up to 40% to reducedelectricity consumption and load on air conditioning. Ifnecessary, use high quality double glass with specialreflective coating in windows.

Condition is noted.27. Roof should meet prescriptive requirement as per EnergyConservation Building Code by using appropriate thermalinsulation material to fulfill requirement. Condition is noted.28. Energy conservation measures like installation of CFLs/TFLS for the lighting areas outside the building shouldbe integral part of project design and should be in placebefore project commissioning. Use CFLs and TFLs shouldbe properly collected and disposed off/ sent for recyclingas per the prevailing guidelines/ rules of regulatoryauthority to avoid mercury contamination. Use of solarpanels may be done to the extent possible like installingsolar street lights. Project proponents should install, afterchecking feasibility, solar plus hybrid non-conventionalenergy sources as sources of energy.

Solar Water Heating SystemsWill Be Done For Bathrooms. Solar lights will be providedfor common amenities likeStreet lighting & Gardenlighting. CFL & LED based lighting willbe done in the common areas,landscape areas, signage’s,Entry gates and boundarycompound walls etc. Auto Timer Switches will beprovided for Street lights,Garden lights, Parking &staircase Lights & OtherCommon Area Lights, forsaving electrical energy. Water Level Controllers withTimers will be used for WaterPumps. To create awareness to end

Condition Statusconsumer or flat owner, forusing energy efficient lightfittings like CFL, T5 Lamps &LED Lights.29. Diesel power generating sets proposed as sources ofbackup power for elevators and common areaillumination during operation phase should be ofenclosed type and conform to rules made under theEnvironment (Protection) Act, 1986. The height of stackof DG sets should be equal to the height needed for thecombined capacity of all proposed DG sets. Use lowsulphur diesels. The location of the DG sets may bedecided with in consultation with Maharashtra PollutionControl Board.

DG set with acoustic enclosureis installed away from buildingline.30. Noise should be controlled to ensure that it does notexceed the prescribed standards. During nighttime thenoise levels measured at the boundary of the buildingshall be restricted to the permissible level to comply withthe prevalent regulation.

The noise levels measured arewithin the prescribed standardsfor day and night time.Monitoring report is attached asEnclosure- 631. Traffic congestion near the entry and exit points from theroads adjoining the proposed project site must beavoided. Parking should be fully internalized and nopublic space should be utilized.Internal road of min.6m wideare provided for smooth trafficmovement.Parking provided is as per therequirement.32. Opaque wall should meet prescriptive requirement as perEnergy Conservation Building Code, which is proposed tobe mandatory for all air-conditioned spaces while it is asprational for non-air–conditioned spaces by use ofappropriate thermal insulation material to fulfillrequirement.Condition is noted.

33. The building should have adequate distance betweenthem to allow movement of fresh air and passage ofnatural light, air and ventilation. Adequate distance betweenbuildings provided to allowmovement of fresh air andpassage of natural light, air andventilation.34. Regular supervision of the above and other measures formonitoring should be in place all through theconstruction phase, so as to avoid disturbance to thesurrounding.Construction work is beingsupervised by Project Engineerand qualified supervisors.35. Under the provision of Environment (Protection) Act,1986, legal action shall be initiated against the projectproponent if it was found that construction of the projecthas been started without obtaining environmentclearance.Environmental clearanceobtained vide letter No.SEAC-2212/CR.508/TC.2Dated 26th July, 2016.Please refers Enclosure-1.

Condition Status36. Six monthly monitoring reports should be submitted tothe Department and MPCB. Six monthly reports aresubmitted.1. Project proponent shall ensure completion of STP, MSWdisposal facility, green belt development, prior tooccupation of the buildings. No physical occupation orallotment will be given unless all above saidenvironmental infrastructure is installed and madefunctional including water requirement in Para.2.Prior certification from appropriate authority shall beobtained.

STP’s having capacities200kld will be proposed fortreating waste water. Biodegradable waste shall betreated on site throughOrganic Waste Converter(OWC). Non-Biodegradable wasteshall be collected by SantGadgebaba Sahkari Sanshta. After completion of projectwill be apply for Consent toOperate by MPCB.2. Wet garbage should be treated by organic wasteconvertor and treated waste (manure) should be utilizedin the existing premises for gardening. And no wetgarbage will be disposed outside the premises. Localauthority should ensure this.Wet garbage (Bio- degradablewaste) will be treated by organicwaste convertor at site and usedas manure for gardening purposein premises.OWC’s will be operated onceoccupancy to the project given.3. Local body should ensure that no occupation certificationis issued prior to operation of STP/ MSW site etc. withdue permission of MPCB. We will be apply for the ConsentTo Operate after completion ofproject.4. A complete set of all documents submitted to thedepartment should be forwarded to the MPCB. Completed set of all documentssubmitted to the MPCB.5. In the case of any change(s) in the scope of the project,the project would require a fresh appraisal by thisDepartment. Noted.We will be apply for the revisedappraisal to EnvironmentalDepartment.6. A separate environment management cell with qualifiedstaff shall be set up for implementation of the stipulatedenvironmental safeguards Condition is noted.

7. Separate funds shall be allocated for implementation ofenvironmental protection measures/EMP along withitem-wise breaks-up. These cost shall be included as partof the project cost. The funds earmarked for theenvironment protection measures shall not be divertedYear wise expenditure has beensubmitted to MPCB andEnvironmental Department in 6monthly compliance report.

The project management shall advertise at least in twolocal newspapers widely circulated in the region aroundthe project, one of which shall be in the Marathi languageof the local concerned within seven days of issue of thisletter, informing that the project has been accordedenvironmental clearance and copies of clearance letterare available with the Maharashtra Pollution ControlBoard and may also be seen at Website athttp://envis.maharashtra.gov.in.Two local newspapersadvertisement will attached.Please refer Enclosure 3

9. Project management should submit half yearlycompliance reports in respect of the stipulated priorenvironment clearance terms and conditions in hard &soft copies to the MPCB & this department, on 1SI June &1st December of each calendar year.Half yearly post monitoringcompliance report to Nagpurand MPCB has been submitted.10. A copy of the clearance letter shall be sent by proponentto the concerned Municipal Corporation and the localNGO, if any, from whom suggestions/representations, ifany, were received while processing the proposal. Theclearance letter shall also be put on the website of thecompany by the proponent.Yes, noted be and implement.NGO letter is attached.Please refer Enclosure- 8

11. The proponent shall upload the status of compliance ofthe stipulated EC conditions, including results ofmonitored data on their website and shall update thesame periodically. It shall simultaneously be sent to theRegional Office of MoEF, the respective Zonal Office ofCPCB and the SPCB. The criteria pollutant levels namely;SPM, RSPM, SO2, NOx (ambient levels as well as stackemissions) or critical sectoral parameters, indicated forthe project shall be monitored and displayed at aconvenient location near the main gate of the company inthe public domain.

12. The project proponent shall also submit six monthlyreports on the status of compliance of the stipulated ECconditions including results of monitored data (both inhard copies as well as by e-mail) to the respectiveRegional office of MoEF, the respective Zonal Office ofCPCB and the SPCB.Half yearly post monitoringcompliance report to Nagpurand MPCB has been submitted.

Condition Status13. The environmental statement for each financial yearending 31st March in Form-V as is mandated to besubmitted by the project proponent to the concernedState Pollution Control Board as prescribed under theEnvironment (Protection) Rules, 1986, as amendedsubsequently, shall also be put on the website of thecompany along with the status of compliance of ECconditions and shall also be sent to the respectiveRegional Offices of MoEF by e-mail.Condition is noted.

14. This environmental clearance is being issued withoutprejudice to the action initiated under EP Act or any courtcase pending in the court of law & it does not mean thatproject proponent has not violated in any environmentallaws in the past & whatever decision under EP Act or ofthe Hon’ble court will be binding on the projectproponent. Hence this clearance does not give immunityto the project proponent in the case filed against him, ifany or action initiated under EP Act.Condition is noted.

15. In case of submission of false document andnoncompliance of stipulated conditions,Authority/Environment department will revoke orsuspend the Environmental clearance without anyintimation and initiate appropriate legal action underEnvironmental protection Act, 1986.Condition is noted.

16. The Environment department reserves the right to addany stringent condition or to revoke the clearance ifcondition stipulated is not implemented to thesatisfaction of the department or for that matter, for otheradministration reason.Condition is noted.

17. Validity of Environment Clearance: The environmentClearance accorded shall be valid for a period of 5 years. As per MoEF & CC Notificationdated 29th April 2015,Environmental Clearance shallbe valid for a period of 7 years.18. In case any deviation or alteration in the proposed fromthose submitted to this department for clearance, freshreference should be made to the department to assess theadequacy of the condition(s) imposed and to incorporateadditional environmental protection measures required,if any.Noted.We have applied for the revisedappraisal to EnvironmentalDepartment.Acknowledgement copy ofEnvironmental Clearanceapplication attached. Pleaserefer Enclosure - 1019. The above stipulation would be enforced among othersunder the Water(prevention and control of pollution)act1974, The air(prevention and control of pollution) act, Condition is noted.
