The Transition to the new CMCS will be performed in a progressive manner
Detailed Venue Preparation Rollout Plan.
Progressively prepare Venues and install CMCS equipment following the Rollout Plan.
Detailed Gaming Venue Migration/Commissioning Plan.
Starting on the Commencement Date, progressively migrate gaming venues from the legacy systems to the new CMCS, following the Gaming Venue Migration/Commissioning Plan
New Venues: all EGMs to be commissioned prior to the Commencement date and to be activated on the Commencement date
All “field” activities in gaming venues will be centrally coordinated by the INTRALOT Gaming Services Services Help Desk.

A series of preparatory activities for each Gaming Venue needs to take place before the Rollout in the Venue:
Enter into a Monitoring Service Agreement with the Venue Operator, including Jackpot Arrangements.
Perform a Site Survey and develop Installation Plan for each Gaming Venue.
Examine the required interfaces with any Jackpot Displays
Disseminate to the Venue Operator the operational process/ procedures for the transition to the new CMCS.

Perform all required EGM decommissioning activities in the Legacy Systems (e.g. take a last EGM meter “snapshot”).
Disconnect the EGMs from the existing venue LAN / interface boards and connect them with the new CMCS LAN / interface boards.

Provide on-site high-level hands-on training to the venue operating staff.

In the period preceding the Commencement Date, Venue Operators will be
trained for the Transition-In and the BAU operation under the new CMCS.
The Venue Operator training will follow an agreed Training Plan.
The Venue Operators will initially be offered “classroom type” training. The training will include CMCS overview presentations, CMCS Venue Equipment, operations, end-user applications, support procedures, etc.
Hands-on training with the Venue Operators will follow during the migration/ commissioning of each Gaming Venue to CMCS
Training Material and User Manuals will be made available to Venue Operators with authorised access on an IGS web site.

The Venue Operator Manuals will describe the CMCS applications for end users, and will also set out the procedures for day to day interaction with the Monitor.
The End-User Manuals typically contain the following:
CMCS infrastructure and equipment in venues, e.g.
• Description of equipment;
• fault diagnosis indicators, etc.
CMCS end-user interface, e.g.
• End user applications description;
• procedures and guidelines for connection and access by end users to the CMCS website;
• procedures for viewing and printing the contents of the reports in the CMCS website, etc.
Operational Procedures under CMCS, e.g.
• Interaction, logging incidents and triggering the break-fix process with the IGS Help Desk;
• Gaming Machine commissioning/ decommissioning, etc.
