WELCOME TO THE OPEN HOUSE The Open House Plans Display of the Mon/Fayette Expressway (MFE) PA Route 51 to I-376 Project will focus on communities south of the Monongahela River (Jefferson Hills, West Mifflin, Dravosburg, City of Duquesne, City of Clairton). PA Turnpike representatives will be available to answer questions about the plans for the Expressway and Right-of-Way specialists will also be available to explain the property acquisition process to those directly affected by the project. Identical Open House Plans Display will be held three consecutive evenings for the public’s convenience. Tuesday, April 3, 2018 Wednesday, April 4, 2018 Thursday, April 5, 2018 Open House Time: 6 – 8 p.m. LOCATION Georgetown Centre 526 East Bruceton Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15236 The materials at this Open House Plans Display will focus on the three design sections: 53A: Clairton Boulevard (PA Route 51) to Camp Hollow Road, within the municipalities of
Clairton, Jefferson Hills and West Mifflin 53B: Camp Hollow Road to Homeville Road, within the municipalities of West Mifflin and
Dravosburg, and 53C: Homeville Road to Duquesne Boulevard (PA Route 837), within the municipalities of
West Mifflin and Duquesne. A description of the specific information available at three information-stations located in the Georgetown Centre’s Nottingham Room may be found on the inside pages of this meeting handout. Each of those stations is designed to help you better understand plans for the expressway south of the Monongahela River (including engineering design, right-of-way acquisitions, noise impacts and the construction schedule). Shortly after the completion of these meetings, the maps and other graphics will be posted on the project website: www.paturnpikemonfayette.com

MEETING STATION INFORMATION The meeting will be conducted in an open house format. Engineering plans developed to-date and other supplemental data will be available for your review. At each of these stations, project team representatives will be present to answer your questions. WELCOME AND SIGN-IN Thank you for attending. Station 1: Project Overview A project overview map and overview of the project’s schedule south of the Monongahela River (Jefferson Hills to Duquesne) are available at this station. Station 2: Mapping This is the largest station and provides a variety of maps for the southern section of the Mon/Fayette Expressway PA Route 51 to I-376 Project. Maps cover from Jefferson Hills to Duquesne (affecting the communities of Jefferson Hills, West Mifflin, Dravosburg, Duquesne and Clairton). The maps are identified as:
53A: Clairton Boulevard (PA Route 51) to Camp Hollow Road, within the municipalities of Clairton, Jefferson Hills and West Mifflin
53B: Camp Hollow Road to Homeville Road, within the municipalities of West Mifflin and Dravosburg
53C: Homeville Road to Duquesne Boulevard (PA Route 837), within the municipalities of West Mifflin and Duquesne
Station 3: Noise Staff are available to answer questions about the results of the project’s noise studies.
DORCHESTER ROOM
Right-of-Way Right-of-Way agents are available to explain the property acquisition process to those directly affected by the project. Please be sure to complete the Contact Card prior to meeting with right-of-way staff. Contact cards are being handed out by project team members located throughout the Dorchester Room.
