DESCRIPTION
A colossal snowstorm hit southern Minnesota over the weekend, dumping almost two feet of snow with accompanying 40 mph winds causing white-out conditions and causing school delays into Monday. The "non-average" storm, as labeled by city officials adhering to established snow and ice policy, wreaked havoc on the 140 miles of roads in the city of Faribault.
