According to God’s Word, being part of a church family is important. The selection of a Bible teaching, Christ-centered church home is vital to spiritual growth. Our mission as a church is to be a people who increas-ingly know and love Jesus Christ and from joy in Him are continually seeking to make Him known until He comes again. We invite you to be part of our church family and experience the love of Christ through His people.

How Do I Join? At the close of each worship service, the Pastor will extend an “invitation” for anyone who would like to trust Christ for salvation, become part of our church family, or make any other spiritual decision. Simply walk to him and he or another counselor will assist you with your decision.

FREE FUNDRAISER! The Ronald McDonald House ministers to families with sick or injured children. You can help support their efforts by collecting the pop tabs from aluminum cans and dropping them off at the Welcome Center or the Preschool Check-in Counter. HARVEST DAY CELEBRATION Make plans now to be a part of our annual Harvest Day celebration on Sunday, Novem-ber 15 at 10:30AM, followed by “dinner on the grounds.” Please bring enough food for your family plus one more family (Extra meat is always appreciated!) Harvest Day is always a time of great worship, fellowship, food, and reflection as we give thanks to God for His goodness toward us.

HEALTH SCREENINGS On Monday, November 30, Life Line Screening will be at our church from 8:30AM-4PM to perform preventive health screenings. Flyers are available in the Welcome Center or call 1-888-653-6450 to register for your appoint-ment (required).

GREETERS NEEDED Help us to encourage and enrich the lives of each person entering the doors of The Church On The Hill by serving as a greeter to welcome and support visitors and members in a positive, friendly, spiritual manner. For details on how you can serve as a greeter, please see Kerry Vickery or speak with a Welcome Center greeter.

This morning, we will be taking a collection for LifeChoice Pregnancy Center in Winter Haven. The efforts by the staff and volunteers of LifeChoice have an important and lasting impact on our community. 96% of LifeChoice’s abortion-minded or abortion-vulnerable clients chose life in 2014! In lieu of the baby bottle collection drive we have participated in in the past, we would instead like each individual to consider giving $9 to represent the 9 months of pregnancy. Please mark your check with “9 for 9” in the memo line. Please give generously on behalf of the unborn in our community.
