SWIMMING

CATEGORIES

Toddler/PreschoolLessons are designed for children ages 3-6 and

give younger children a chance to have funexploring the water.

Level 1Beginning swimmers that are not yet ready to

learn strokes. Swimmers in Level 1 must becomfortable putting their head underwater. Wewill work on floating on their front and back, as

well as kicking on their front and back, andjumping into the water.

Level 2We will be working on learning the front crawland back crawl, exploring the whip kick and

elementary backstroke arms.

Level 3We will be working on perfecting the front andback crawl, as well as learning the elementarybackstroke and breaststroke, retrieving diving

rings, and more.

NCC SUMMER CAMPJune 26-29 | 8:00 AM-1:00 PM

Ages 5-13 The camp will consist of all sports at

NCC including Pool, Tennis, Golf, and Arts & Crafts.

$195 fee for the camp.Rain Date: June 30

10 WEEK JUNIOR GOLF CLINIC SERIESFor junior players of all ages and skill levels. Focus is on fundamentals of grip, stance, posture, aim & alignment through skills & games that enhance development while highlighting the fun aspect of golf. More advanced juniors will develop better ball striking, short-game technique & improved course management.

Available for all levels and ages from 4 – 15 $120 fee includes all junior clinics for the season.

JUNIOR GOLF TOURThe NCC Junior Tour is designed to provide competitive and fun events for our more experienced junior players. There are 7 dates spread throughout the summer. The events are 9 holes and will be a mixture of Individual Low Gross, Team Better Ball, and Team Scramble. Each event the field will be divided into groups based on age and skill level. Junior Tour players will receive a USGA Rules Book, Ball Mark Repair Tool and Golf Towel as part of the tour package. Hot Dog, Chips, and a Drink at the 10th tee halfway house will be provided as well. Please notify the Golf Shop by 5:00 pm the night before to sign-up. Registration and warm-up will begin at 7:30 am and groups will

GOLF & TENNIS INTENSIVE CAMPThis format is for all levels and will cover every aspect of playing golf and tennis in a concentrated period with strong emphasis on skill development. The camp is held the week after most of the area schools have let out and is designed to give the junior player the desire and confidence to continue playing golf and tennis throughout the summer. Limited to 12 per age group with two separate age divisions. (Ages 5 -9 & 10-15)

$150 for all three days. Each session will include 1 ½ hours of instruction in each sport, warm-up
