JOURNAL 10/6There are two types of people in this world:1. The person who sees a spider in their

bathroom and leads it outside the door so that they don’t have to touch it.

2. The person who smashes it on the spot with their shoe or a heavy object.

3. The person who crushes a spider in their hand.

Which person are you and why? Once you’ve chosen– tell me your opinion on the other types of people I have listed. Do you think they are smart? Explain.

ASSIGNMENT 10/6 Directions: Pick either a dog or cat. Write as though you have been reincarnated as one of the two. In your writing I want you to discuss 2 different things (instead of Atwood’s 4).

The first thing you will discuss is—Reincarnation. -What did you do to become a house pet? -Are you even in a home or are you a stray? -Is your life good or bad? Add some of your own details! The second thing you will discuss is—being domesticated. -Think about what it would be like to be a human one week and a pet the next. -Consider your food and bathroom options. -Get creative!
