Why Monarchs?
The Monarch Butterfly is the state insect of Texas. Many
people are worried because there are a lot less Monarch
Butterflies now than there were in the past. UTSA is working
on experiments to figure out what could be the problem.
We want to share our knowledge and passion about the
Monarch Butterfly to teach kids to have an appreciation for
wildlife and wildlife conservation.
