Programs Campos Seguros: Campos Seguros is a violence prevention program to address and prevent sexual and domestic violence amongst farm workers. Our goal is to educate and provide information that will empower the farm worker community using a peer-to-peer educator model to achieve a greater impact in seeking services available to them Youth Prevention Program: The youth violence prevention program focuses on promoting a positive youth centered approach to conducting workshops. Our Prevention Specialists address violence prevention through workshops, outreach activities and leadership training, creating a culture change within the school. Our programs also fulfill Consent and Healthy Relationship requirements as mandated by California Law (Senate Bill 695). Goals of preventionThe prevention team at Monarch Services is dedicated to raising awareness and educating our community in an effort to prevent violence.

TimeThe average workshop is about an

hour in length but can be adjusted to

fit your schedule, whether it is for a

longer or shorter period of time. We

will concentrate on the most

important points and add more

activities if time allows.

TopicsThe prevention team can adjust

workshops to touch upon multiple

topics if necessary. We are flexible in

creating a workshop that will fit

your needs.

AudienceWe always adjust our topics to best

fit our audience. Our team can

present to both youth and adults, in

English or Spanish.

CostAll workshops and presentations are

free of charge and can be tailored

specifically to your needs.

What we doThe prevention team concentrates on reaching out to our community through workshops, trainings and presentations. Our focus is to increase understanding of healthy relationships with peers, friends and partners. We acknowledge and promote the importance of communication and bystander intervention to create a community of active bystanders willing to speak up and promote healthy conflict resolution.
