The meeting was organized to discuss the following:

2"#2& The %rogress of the newsletter to )e %u)lished on 2th !an 2"#3& The %rogress on the visuals& .eneral suggestions for the newsletter and the visuals

1. EXAMINATION AWAENE!! "O#AM

• Aravinth and !e+akumar gave the introduction and general ti%s on how to

%re%are for the %resentation that has to )e given for a)out an hour or so&

• Aravinth suggested on how the ti%s should take the sha%e of %re%aration

for examination atleast 34 months %rior to the exams&

• !e+akumar5s view was that the ti%s should )e as general as %ossi)le, to

avoid confusing the students&

• omu gave timeta)le idea to regulate and maintain easiness of su)/ects&

• talin gave the %oint of introducing how a model timeta)le would hel% the

students to design one of their own

• Arumugara/ and .anesan5s view were on how su)/ect4wise ti%s would hel%

the students&

• *anu%ri+a suggested the old 6uestion %a%ers to the students (as the

students5 have a small )ooklet of the same, this issue need not )e

considered$

• Arumugara/ suggested the %resentation to )e made through PowerPoint

slides than using a la%to% or giving ti%s in %a%ers

• Aravinth said that this examination awareness %rogram (if it would )e

good enough$, it can )e made as a model to )e edited in the long run

• hould discuss with students a)out the examination ti%s given )+

teachers&

.eneral view was that ti%s and suggestions are to )e %ut in )+ all team

mem)ers to hel% the volunteers ('eela for Theertham and Arumugara/ for

Chinnakothur$ design the %resentation&

• A novel name for the :9++al tuition Center; is in %rogress, and

suggestions to )e made )+ all team mem)ers (in Tamil and English

versions$

• Moorth+ and !e+akumar gave the deadline to su)mit the <nal draft, for the

other team mem)ers to read and %ut in their own views, )+ 3 th !an 2"#

• *anu%ri+a and 0i/i suggested to add the contri)utions of the students5
