1. Load Out Planning

1.1  Load Out pipe will be done after the administration document

is clear including the custom clearance  H

1.2   Hafar will give 2 (two) week notification to PHE before loadout is commencing that is planned using 3 (three) barges

 

1.3  The load out pipe schedule will be approximately on 31-March

-2015 after item 1.1 is completely clear  

2. QAQC

2.1  PHE request from Brodero of CWC and FBE repair procedure,

including the repair material 

2.2   The pipe end cup spare (approximately 20% from total pipe) isrequested by PHE to Brodero to be used at PLB Neptune  

2.3  The CWC, FBE and bevel end damage which are found during

load out will be repaired by Brodero 

3. Any Other Business (AOB)

3.1During Load Out, Hafar team consist of HDS marine reps,logistic and QAQC Inspector, while HSE inspector will beprovided by Brodero
