Profile Molly Kain is a Certified Integral Coach®, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) (Accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), an Enneagram Practitioner and a Coaching Circle® Facilitator Coach. She has completed over 800 hours of client coaching and more than 400 hours of coach training.
Previous Background Molly has extensive experience in Retail Management, having spent over30 years creating, managing and delivering retail displays and in-store merchandise presentation. As a display artist and manager, working for a number of large South African Corporates over a 15 year period, she worked closely with her fellow managers to create and deliver customer value. She fully understands the urgency that defines retail operations and she is no stranger to the relentless pressure placed on management and staff, to perform. Having realized her corporate retail management goals, she set up her own display business and for a further period of 15 years, she and her team of staff crafted display and in-store presentation services, to a number of Corporate Retail clients. This work ultimately led Molly into coaching, as she had developed a range of people effectiveness management skills over the years, which assisted her to work with others to develop their unrealized potential. Coaching has provided her with the opportunity to further enhance and further practice her skills, for the benefit of all her coaching clients.
Coach Training Since 2006, Molly has completed the Coaching to Excellence Course (CTE), the Associate Coaching Course (ACC), the Professional Coaching Course (PCC) and 10 Coaching Mastery Modules, through the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School
of Business, Centre for Coaching (UCT GSB CFC). These courses have deepened her knowledge of coaching. She has also successfully completed the Adfen Enneagram Practitioner’s course and she is a certified Enneagram Practitioner. During 2014 Molly completed an introduction to Neuroscience in Coaching course run through the UGSM-Monarch Business School Switzerland, Institute for Cellular and Molecular Medicine and the Departments of Physiology and Psychology at the University of Pretoria. She passed the course with distinction. During 2015, Molly has been studying to certify as a Professional Medical Coach. Medical Coaching is an emotional and mental coaching process of coping and growing from a medical crisis/change. This process aims to help clients find a structure for change, empowerment and self-fulfillment and create, or recreate wellbeing as a way of life In addition to her coaching studies, Molly has completed a Program in Retail Management through UNISA and a program in South African Labor Law run through the Faculty of Law at the University of Cape Town.
Coaching Practice
Molly’s clients are drawn from a diverse selection of South African corporates, such as ABSA, BAT, Toyota, Nedbank, First Rand, Transnet, Spar and the IDC. She has coached small business owners and she accepts private coaching clients as well. As a Coaching Circle® Facilitator, she has conducted Coaching Circles for both her Corporate clients and MBA students. She has been in the past and is currently a faculty member of the UCT GSB CFC and she has coached and mentored delegates on both the 6 month Associate Coaching Course (ACC) and the 12 month Professional Coaching Course (PCC) at the UCT GSB CFC.
