Members can contact Member Services for additional resources and more information on resources in your area. Call Member Services at 1-800-642-4168 or for hearing impaired TTY/Ohio Relay 1-800-750-0750 or 711. A representative will be available to assist you from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
