Mold Design


Purchase Order ProcedureStep 1& 2: We will learn the customer's injection mold standard and or specification to make sure offer a right quote based on your mold standards. You will learn the exactly mold structure and mold components based on our quotation.

Step 3: We will provide the DFM report for you before mold design. We will advise the potential part design issues before mold design so that we can design the mold structure to avoid the part issues as much as we can. We will design the mold with 3D. As our policy "details make perfect " and "Good mold design is the heart for good quality mold ".

Step 4: Our project managers will be taking good care of every details throughout the mold build process, from DFM, moldflow, design review to mold approval and shipment. We will send the weekly report with latest milestone pictures to you every Friday so that you can get the mold process progress in real time. Should any possible delay will be noticed before it happened.

Step 5: We will provide the samples with First Article Inspection Report and your standardized process data sheets along with trial video. We will also provide the PPT report for mold trial and samples to show all the details and share a solution to open issues and perform the right improvement on the molds.

Step 6: Mold approval: We also has own mold approval documentation so that our mold-audit engineer and project manager will do the final mold inspection to make sure the mold is built as designed and specifications. If you will send us your checking list, that will be the preferred documents
