Current Responsibilities : Managing and following up fulfillment cycle of the navigational processes timely and efficiently which inclusive but not limited for the following jobs :-

Preparing ships’ schedule and daily updating. Collecting/studying market information/reports, analytic and comparing with ship’s position to decide best employment of

ships in voyages, COA or time charter then drawing ships’ trading plan and routes. Starting a professional negotiations for chartering ships through the wide biz/personal relationships with strong

and qualified sources of brokers, operators and charters, till reaching the best economic deal in full and issuance charter parties for voyage and time charter ( trip or period ) as per standard forms of charter parties.

Following up all operational activities/processes starting from fixture/daily notices, appointment of main/protecting agencies through keeping/developing strong relationship with minimum two large/qualified /trusted agents in each country, daily reports, coordinating with P&I’s club/correspondences for monitoring ship’s operations, coordinating with technical/ships’ crew department for delivering of spare parts for the ships and crew changes smoothly, urgent intervention for solving any unlikely events/problems even by traveling personally, issuance/revision of shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Cargo Manifest, Cargo Stowage Plan, Notice of Readiness, Protest Letters, Statement of Facts, various kinds of Letters of indemnity, releasing delivery orders/cargoes.

Closing files with clients by preparing time sheets and final statement of accounts, also flexibility to negotiate to reach an amicably settlement keeping and developing relationships with other companies.

Handling operations of receiving new purchased ships through coordination with Technical M.D. & Port Captain. Developing business relationships besides establishing business relationships with new clients to meet requirement of

markets in ship’s trading areas. Handling incidents and claims with P&I club. Handling all duties of relating for Administration, Customer Services, Key Account, Credit Control, Presentations, Supply Chain

and Contracts Management that relating for The Commercial Department.

o General Keys Training, leading and developing an active team whom handling secretary, chartering and operations duties, preparing

the annual evaluation for the staff and drawing the recommendation/salary increment. Reporting to Managing Board Directors (Commercial/Claims/Technical/Financial), Vice Chairman and Chairman.
