Mohammadi Group Ltd, a name well known in the Garments Family for its

quality manufacturing, styling accuracy, timely delivery and competitive pricing, isone of the leading 100% exported oriented garments industry in Bangladesh.

Experts set up the factory with a space of 35,000 square feet with high qualitymachineries from Japan, Germany, Korea and Singapore. It is located atKhilkhet, about 07 ( seven ) minutes driving distance from Zia International

Airport, Dhaka and is equipped with advanced technology. A team of highlytrained and experienced professionals runs the factory with proven track record

for custom made services to ensure premium quality.

The factory has a Quality Control team whose responsibility is to ensure properquality standard by conducting inspections at different stages of production.

Our policy is not employing child labor was established 10 years ago, long beforeit became an issue in Bangladesh.

Our factory is always being upgraded with improved machineries, technology,production method, safety and social compliance in accordance with the trendsof world class garments factories.

The Head Office is located at Nikunja C/A, which is 05 ( five ) minutes drivingdistance from Zia International Airport Dhaka. Marketing, material procurement,accounting, inventory and shipping documents are connected to a centralcomputer network for efficient management.

We have the following facilities in our factory, which can be referred to asexamples of Best Practices:

A) Time Attendance & Pay Roll: We have setup computerized softwarebased Time Attendance & Pay Roll system for all workers and employees

D) Evacuation Plan:There are some diagram kept in the floor of the factoryshowing direction for all employees to run out in case of any emergencysituation.

E) Emergency Exits:We have one extra exit in all the floors for use by theworkers in case of any emergency in the factory.

F) Fire Drill s:We have Fire Fighting Equipment in the factory as per FactoryAct and in order to use them effectively as and when required we have aFire Fighting Team who are specially trained to deal with any fireemergency. We have arrangement for Fire Drills on regular basis i.e.,once every month so that the team can perform their duty effectively when

required.

G) First Aid Boxes:For every 150 workers we have a person trained in FirstAid and Medicare. We keep certain quantity of medicine of different typesin a First Aid Box in each floor for employees to use as First Aid.
