WORKING EXPERIENCE

July 2015 – Present | Production Planning Engineer at Naqiah Water Factory – Nestle Waters Company with main following tasks: -

1- Prepare and apply the production plan according to our demands and resources, in order to achieve our production targets quantities and quality.

2- Ensure compliance for all safety and quality standards, by controlling the productionpeople and processes, like applying all the Modes of Interventions and GMP and control allthe activities done by the shop floor.

3- Control the cost of material by controlling the material consumption through reducingthe rejection rate and controlling the transaction process on daily basis.

4- Team Leader for our daily operation review meeting (D.O.R) which is the heart of all the operation review meetings, digging for the preventive actions to eliminate the root causesfor any issue.

5- Standard Routine champion, to organize any standard created from any department inorder to align all the standards with the methodology of the standard routine.

6- Find scientific solutions for any line stoppage to achieve our KPI’s measures targets, as outcome from our operational reviews meetings using problem-solving techniques (Coaching, GSTD, BDA, DMAIC) through eliminating the root causes.

Aug 2013 – June 2015| Production Planning Engineer at (Metal Cans Factory) Zalloum Group” with the main following tasks:

1 – Production Planning and Development.

2- Supervising and monitoring the production lines performance, and solving production problems in assistance with the responsible employees.

3- Supervising the packing section, by checking the products after production in coordination with the quality department, and making sure that the products are packed properly and stored in a proper area before shipping

4 - Coordinating with sales, procurement, warehouses, and shipping departments for a daily follow up and problem solving issues.

5 - Making a daily, monthly profits and expenses reports.

6- Managing the raw materials for the factory, by ERP system.
