Objectives

Job Description- Title: HSE Supervisor.
- Directs the resources and activities of the Division to support the HSE programs by providing advice andguidance to the Company Senior Management.
- Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the divisionto create a culture that prioritizes effective HSE and balances overall associated costs.
- Responsible for the development of an annual budget recommendations and implementation.
- Provide regular written reports, as well as other production-related results and updates to the SeniorManagement Team.
- Assist project team in investigation of all project incidents (Recordable Incidents, Near Miss and FirstAid, etc.) and ensure proper records are completed and submitted and assist in Implementation ofcorrective actions as it relates to the incident and also, lessons learned.
- Devise, supervise, and coordinate training programs and actively participate in the scheduling of safetymeetings across company locations to review HSE performance and policies and conduct sitevisits/audits.
