Job Description:- BIM Coordinator

Explain what i can do:

1. Use The Dynamo To Create A Professional Tools To Enhance The Work

2. Start the project with all departments with the right way

3. Prepare the work flow for all departments with Continuous development

4. Coordination Between All departments And Interference Detection

5. Create Schedules Quantities For All Elements

6. Create All Views, scope box And Sheets

7. Put Materials, Lighting And Landscape For Render

8. Also Can Be Extract To Lumion Program To High Render

9. Identify and document clashes between different department models using Navisworks

10. Develop, lead and assist project team in BIM Environment

11. Implement BIM training modules for key staff and training course

12. Participate in the process of developing BIM standards for projects across the company

13. Develop and maintain Revit content libraries through creation of families

14. Ensure that the implementation of Revit aligns with company CAD-BIM Strategy and links appropriately

with the wider business

15. Review Revit “warnings” to help keep model problems to a minimum

16. Attend project kickoff meetings to help ensure that everyone understands the BIM process

17. Creation and/or maintenance of your company’s Revit project templates

18. Run Clash Detective on the predetermined portions of the assembled files (ex: Piping vs. Stru Steel, HVAC
