EXPERIENCE

HSE Engineer in Petroleum safety and Environmental Services Company (PERTOSAFE) from 02/01/2009 till 10/06/2015. Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily site HSE inspection, monitoring and reporting of unsafe act and unsafe condition.

Identification of hazards and advice for corrective action. Ensure the implementation of company, client HSE policy and

procedure. Give awareness to employees for safe working environment. Investigation of accident, incident and near miss. And prepare

report to submit to client and keep records. Ensure the compliance of PTW system on site as per job

requirement. Review the JSA and risk assessment for all specific job. Participate on different type of safety campaign on project. e.g

confined space, working at height, traffic awareness. Conduct weekly inspection using checklist for different job as per

schedule. Conduct and participate HSE walkthrough on site. Participate in HSE audit for subcontractor with audit team. Arrange proper emergency evacuation procedure and conduct drill

on regular interval. Provide safety orientation and training for new employees and also as

per project requirement. Provide proper PPE as per his job and give awareness to use &

maintain of PPE. Encourage to adopt positive safety culture on construction phase. Ensure to provide site welfare facilities as per project requirement.

Conduct fire and medevac drill on regular interval for awareness in case of emergency.

Give assignment to site officers for inspection of HSE conditions. And daily observation of unsafe act and conditions.

Implement the safety/loss prevention program of project and other requirement/standards.

Ensure the availability of subcontractor HSE personnel on site as per project requirement.

distributor vehicle inspection. Environmental Awareness Training to Saipem & subcontractor

employees. Ensuring Welfare facility to employee comply as per Aramco

Standard. Food Safety Inspection as per HACCP guideline. Follow and enforce environmental health and safety procedures. Identify areas of improvements to reduce environmental damages

and wastes. Maintain complete and clear documentations for environmental

operations for reference purposes. Sand Storm health effects awareness. Oil Spill control TBT. Ensure Drinking Routine inspection Filter changing. Solid ,Liquid Waste Collection & Reporting and dumping

monitoring to make sure waste is being disposed off according to Aramco or Municipality approved landfill.
