Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Participates in formulating the division plans and budgets and sets objectives of my

sector in conjunction with sales manager.

• Setting KPIs for the team like Sales Targets, GP1 %, Aging Reports, No. of Calls, New

customers, NPI (new products introduction).

• Visiting the market regularly to support the team and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Supervises the activities of my subordinates and provides professional guidance and

administrative support in dealing with customers and solving work-related problems.

• Carrying out Overhauling Operations of CATERPILLAR Generators & Engines at

Customers' Sites.

• Carrying out Preventive Maintenance for MANTRAC's C.S.A. (Customer Service

Agreements).

• Accomplishing top end & major overhauling operations of CAT G3516 Generators for

American University in Cairo.

• Preparing Quotations & Parts lists used in Overhauling & Maintenance operations.

Senior maintenance engineer Tasks & Responsibilities: In this period I worked in the company as a senior mechanical maintenance engineer and had the chance to study and work on the following s ystems: -
