Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Participates in formulating the division plans and budgets and sets objectives of my
sector in conjunction with sales manager.
• Setting KPIs for the team like Sales Targets, GP1 %, Aging Reports, No. of Calls, New
customers, NPI (new products introduction).
• Visiting the market regularly to support the team and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervises the activities of my subordinates and provides professional guidance and
administrative support in dealing with customers and solving work-related problems.
• Supervises the preparation of quotation for tenders and big deals.
• Maintains relations with key customers and consultants to create sales opportunities,

recommends salary increases, promotions, transfers and other personnel actions for

refers to him unsolved problems/difficulties for resolution/advice.
• Ensures the proper reporting of my subordinates as per company guidelines
• Controls expenditures & costs related to my area of activity
• Ensures that the sales control system is properly functioning & enforced. (e.g. weekly plan, call reports, pending deals, lost sales reports, competitive info, customers’ lists, PARS...etc.)

MEUI, EUI, HEUI, ACERT Systems, Gas engine), OLYMPIAN generators, PERKINS engines.
• Carrying out Overhauling Operations of CATERPILLAR Generators & Engines at
Customers' Sites.
• Carrying out Preventive Maintenance for MANTRAC's C.S.A. (Customer Service
Agreements).
• Accomplishing top end & major overhauling operations of CAT G3516 Generators for
American University in Cairo.
• Preparing Quotations & Parts lists used in Overhauling & Maintenance operations.
