Objectives

Electrical Design Engineer undergoing studies in Masters in Project Management, almost four years of experience in

large-scale building projects. Possessing a comprehensive knowledge of national;(Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah) &

International design standards and codes. Recently been working strictly on the coordination of projects between

different sub-consultants & main consultants, both national & international. Part of my responsibilities include

travelling to other countries to insure all parties are working on the same level of profession as required for the in-

hand projects. Working with different Authorities in the country (DEWA, Etisalat, DU, DCD, SEWA Etc…) to

insure all project are up to date with regulations.

Metropol i tan 4 -Star Hote l in Sheik Zayed Road, Dubai , U.A.E.

A 4-star hotel consists of Ground Floor for hotel lobby / ballroom / restaurant and parking; mezzanine floor for

parking and BOH; 1st and 2nd floor for guest rooms 376 bays; Roof for 2 swimming pools and health club - one

for residents and one for the hotel. Plot No. 367-0599 Umm Al Sheif. Dubai

Vakson - Dubai Marit ime Cit y Project , Dubai , U.A.E.

Residential Development with 4 Podium levels for parking and 25 levels for residential - consisting of 125

apartments (9 for 1-bedroom, 62 for 2-bedrooms and 54 for 3-bedrooms) with commercial space at the ground

floor.

Opera Grand Tower - Downtown, Dubai , U.A.E.

The 66-storey Opera Grand has 60 storeys of residences, two storeys of residential amenities, two storeys of

cafes, restaurants and shops outlets and a grand entrance lobby at the lower level. The 2, 3 and 4-bedroom

homes feature spacious living areas, with most residences overlooking the spectacular views of The Dubai

Fountain. Residents have easy access to world-class hospitality & leisure facilities including – Armani Hotel

Dubai, the world’s first Armani Hotel located in Burj Khalifa; The Address Downtown Dubai; The Address

Electr ical Design Projects:

Marina Mal l Extension, Abu Dhabi

Marina Mall Extension Phase II is located adjacent to the Marina Mall with a combined site area of 234,100 sq.

m. -The project consists of 2 wings which are connected to the existing complex. The north wing consists of 2

basements (Car parking), lower ground floor (parking & retail) and ground + first floor for retail and other

facilities. This part accommodates an office building of 16 floors on the far corners of the mall. The south wing

consists also of 2 basement Car parking, lower ground and ground + first floors as areas dedicated for the mall

while the 16 - Storey Tower above provides serviced apartments block of 402 keys. The total area of project is

453,375 sq. m. and mall rentable area is 112,945 in total with the building footprint being approx. 83,070 sq.

m. Total parking provided is 4,905 Car Park spaces. The estimated Construction Cost is AED. 1.40 Billion.

Waldorf Astor ia Hotel - Pa lm Is land, Dubai

The Project is a Hospitality Sector development located on Palm Jumeirah Island. There are some 200

Guestrooms and Suites and 100 Nos. Furnished Apartments in addition to Food and Beverages outlets, Banquet

Hall and Health-club Facilities. The Project Boasts of a private Marina with exclusive Sea-side Restaurant. The

total Construction Cost of the 101,000 m2 Project is AED. 685.00 Million.
