Control all fabrication and installation activities on both SARB Islands. Performs works as per plan, determines priorities and mobilizes workforce to required tasks ensuring availability of required materials on due dates.

Executing the project construction activities (or part thereof), in line with the project specifications, scope of work, schedule, and client requirements

Leads a team of construction superintendents, and manages the construction subcontractor’s construction managers in completing the subcontracted works, while maintaining the required HSE and Quality standards. Represents company during the execution of the construction works

Review the project HSE and Quality requirement, scope of work, specifications, and project overall schedule

Review Construction Management Organization chart, identify key positions, and prepares mobilization plan, in coordination with Project Director (or Field Project Manager).

Establish clear definition of responsibilities for the construction management

Reviews and leads the implementation of the project HSE & Quality plans Review in coordination with construction subcontractor’s managers, and

the project director, the subcontracting and mobilization plan. Review the construction schedule in conjunction with the planning

engineers with details on specific activities and respective dates of completion

Ensure the mobilization of all labor, materials and equipment in the most cost effective and efficient manner to achieve the construction objectives.

Attending daily coordination meeting and weekly interface meeting with contractors and subcontractors

Controlling of all work permits and implementation of HSE regulations on the Island

Sharing ADMA marine and logistic to coordinate the vessels movement on daily and weekly basis

Communicate with project team for all project documents and updating of procedures and drawings as required at site

Reviewing and updating the contractor plan based on his daily progress achievements to adjust his target date based on his workforce and facilities

Coordinates and controls of all fabrication activities by contractors and sub-contractors for new oil and gas projects.

Commence the construction as per guidelines set and ensure the completion of the same as per the above plan.

Leads the construction management team, fostering continuous inter-discipline coordination to ensure the smooth completion of all activities with minimum interruptions & reworks.

Promotes excellent working relationships with construction subcontractor team members.

Ensures continuous construction work fronts availability through preparation and review of look ahead schedules , commodity charts , engineering deliverables and material delivery schedules

Constantly identify bottlenecks for progress on construction and proactively take action to resolve the same.

Chairs daily , weekly & monthly internal meetings , and ensures action points are liquidated in a timely manner

Continuously assess, with the QC & HSE managers, the status of Construction

authorities in order to ensure that the project is in compliance with all Requirements

Ensures proper and timely hand over of systems / subsystems to commissioning teams, and provide assistance as required

Continuous performance assessment of subordinates, giving them feedback on their performances, their strengths and weaknesses, giving them clear guidance on areas where they should improve. Ensures that this system is cascaded down in his organization at site.

Reviews lessons learned recorded by construction superintendents, chairs review sessions, and raise the final list to superior for further action.

Make long-term plan for project or barge activities included new projects, hook up and miscellaneous work.

Review all risk assessments for each campaign with respect of company HSE regulations.

General supervision for all activities to implement On shore fabrication and offshore installation or hook up work

Ascertains fabrication work is completed according to ADMA-OPCO standards and regulations.

Perform all site communications with team leaders, contractors, and operations field personnel.

Reporting on daily basis all project activities to management or project team

Supervises and controls workforce carrying out fabrication activities to ensure all project specification and company procedure had been implemented, ensures that all completed works are carried out according to engineering codes / standards.

Arrange field daily and weekly coordination meeting with all projects key personnel.

Studies and reviews the prepared scope of works, schedule for work plan fabrication, modifications, and installation

Ensuring that all approved scope of works and procedures are strictly complied with and that prior approval is obtained for any required or recommended changes or deviations.

Responsible for Studies / reviews supplied engineering drawings, survey sites and highlight discrepancies / anomalies and recommends appropriate corrective measures.

Ensure all work permits are compliance with ADMA safety regulations during construction and installation works. Organize safety meeting, toolbox talks and safety drills

Produce a “Close-Out Report” following the completion of each project including opinions on lessons learnt etc.

Ensure by appropriate monitoring and review, that work under this control is performed in a safe and environmentally sound manner. Ensure effective

accident investigation and follow up. Ensure that all personnel in the fabrication yard adhere to company’s safety rules and regulations

Liaises with Fields Operation / project team leader / site inspection engineer for certifying satisfactory completion of work, keeping all informed of work progress

Monitor the reliability, and integrity of the contractor’s construction lifting equipments.

Monitoring other related duties such as ordering consumables, required material, writing technical reports, maintaining daily logs and work records…etc.

Produce daily report, highlighting project progress, areas of concern, recommendations for improvements in construction practice or design etc.

Work in line with HSE policy, and ensures awareness and compliance of HSE rules and regulations by subordinates.
