In accordance with the General Assembly resolution 70/290 on the organization of the high-level plenary meeting on addressing large movements of refugees and migrants, I have thehonour to enclose herewith, a list of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and civilsociety organizations which have applied to participate in the high-level meeting to be heldon 19 September 2016.

I intend, in the absence of any objection by 16 August 2016, to approve the list foraccreditation to participate in the high-level meeting.
