IntroductionThePatientVisitGuidewalksyouthroughthestepsimmediatelypriortoavirtualvisitwithyourMoffittCancerCenterdoctor.
Remember,youmustbeenrolled,completeapersonalprofile,andpassanequipmentcheckforasuccessfulvirtualvisit.
Priortothevisit,youshouldhaveautomaticallyreceivedthefollowingthreeremindernotificationsviathecommunicationmethodofyourchoice:
• 24hoursbeforethevirtualvisit• 30minutesbeforethevirtualvisit• Atthetimeofthevirtualvisit
StartingtheVirtualVisitWhenitistimeforyourvirtualvisitwithyourprovider,[email protected].

1. AfterloggingintoeVisit,youwillseeanoticeonthescreenthatyoucanjointhevisit.ClickJoinNow.
2. Thedoctorisnotifiedthatyouarecheckedinandinthe“waitingroom”.ClickOKandwaitforthe
doctortojointhevirtualvisit.

3. Thewebcamerawilldisplayyourimageontheentirescreenwhileyouwaitforthedoctortojoin.
4. Whenthedoctorhasjoined,youwillbepromptedtoclickJoinNowagain.Thisputsbothyouandthe
doctorinthesame“room”.
