to raise awareness of the consequences tourism can bring

Learning objectives of the module:

Recognising different types of impact of tourism on society.

Identifying possible positive and negative consequences of developing certain type of tourism product in local environment.

Confronting pros and cons on a case subject.

COACHING INSTEAD OF TEACHING

This module attempts to aid teachers and trainers in selecting pedagogical approaches and techniques with an

overall aim of going beyond the monologue teaching of facts.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES  to help teachers and trainers in searching for

appropriate materials for teaching young entrepreneurs;

to present diverse pedagogical techniques and approaches;

to help teachers and trainers help young people to gain more employability skills before entering the job market and to develop their own business ideas that will in the future enrich the tourist offer in old historical centres.

Using interactive methods/techniques in the classroom has multiple benefits.

These techniques are often perceived as “fun”.
