Collaboration in the development of industrial technology and scientific scheme in our
country, contributing to the Spanish railway technology exportation and reducing foreign dependence
Channeling of R&D projects and services in Spain through CTF ,effectively managing business cooperation partnerships (customers,
technology centers, industrial property offices and universities), overcoming the fragmentation and encouraging integration efforts .
Vision: To be the R& D +I international benchmark engine in
the rail sector

DAFO
Mission: To strengthen the rail transport by developing technological and innovative projects and services
Critical Success
Factors
Commercial Operations
Development and maintenance of technological, sociological and market monitoring and anticipation efforts : customers, suppliers and
competitors.
To protect, transfer and spread the results of R& D+I ,so as to increase the competitiveness of client companies and boost
the sector in the global market.
Practical character of research and development , being later normalized and approved in order to
provide training to the sector
CTF should be an organization agile in decision making and operational procedures,
controlling risks at the same time
Management of the public funds assigned for the financing of R&D+I projects, both at European, national
and regional level
Continuous improvement of processes: adjusting the capacity to demand, rewarding innovation and change
management, and ensuring allocation, efficient use and maintenance of assets
Growth of leadership values in managers : vision, motivation, communication, negotiation, adaptation, enhancement and recognition of the people, teamwork .
Encouragement of an environment of personal development, talent cultivation, high qualification and excellent performance, so as challenge and motivate and involve people
Meeting the requirements of Promoters and Directors in the Financial Plan: Growth, operating results, cash flow, ROI and IRR 11

Location Advantages.Region of Antequera
Located in a strategic communication hub. Less than 1 hour journey from Seville, Malaga, Granada and Cordoba
20
Suitable climate for approval testing required to be done in dry weather. Maximum use of daylight hours.
Large offer of hotels and services in the Costa del Sol, with an appeal to the teams which would have to spend long periods for the standardization of infrastructure and / or mobile
Connected to the high-speed network, conventional network and 50 km away from the Port of Malaga with rail access itself
Technological Funds preferred location as a convergence community (phasing-in, phasing-out).
30 minutes trip from Malaga International Airport and in the vicinity of Antequera inland port logistics facilities
