Confucius (551-479B.C.) , was the founder of the Confucian School. His thoughts have influenced almost everyone in the east.He stressed the importance of kindness,duty and order in society.
Mencius (372BC-289BC), a student of Confucius’ideas, further developed the principles of Confucianism. He believed that man is good and that people are more important than rulers. Book of Mencius is one of his famous works

Mozi ( 468BC—376BC ) ,another influential thinker,founded the philosophy called Mohism. He believed that all men are equal. He taught that we should love all human beings and hated the idea of war.
