> Who will hire your support staff?
> What are the job title(s) and job descriptions of your staff?
> What salary will you pay? What benefits will you offer?
> What qualifications do employees need to do the job?

> Service Process Questions: (Services)
> What is your service process from having the skills to servicing a customer’s wants/needs?– Ex. You are a hairstylist, how
will you deliver your service to a person who wants a new haircut?
> Manufacturing Process Questions: (Products)
> What is your manufacturing process from raw material to a product in the customer’s hand?– Ex. Where do you get your
materials? How do you create your products? How will you distribute your products?
What are your day-to-day activities?
Brainstorm with your team! This is a vital piece to your business plan.
