1. Which hobby do you think takes up the least

space? 你认为哪种爱好占地方最少？ take up 意为“填满，占据 ( 某空间或时间 )” 。如： That big color TV set takes up too much room.

那个大彩电太占地方。 I will not take up much of your time.

我不会占用你太多时间。

least 是 little 的最高级，“最小的；最少的；最小；最少”；其比较级是 less ，“较少的；更少的”，在句中通常用来修饰不可数名词。如： He’s the best teacher even though he has

the least experience.

尽管他经验最少，但他是最好的老师。

a bit 表示“稍微、一点儿”，可以用来修饰动词以及形容词、副词的原级、比较级。如： This book costs a bit (too) much.

tidy up“ 整理，收拾”，也可以分开写成tidy … up 。如： You’d better tidy this room up before the

guests arrive.
