Sumasainyo,

Greetings in the name of our Lord!
One of the targets of the school since the start of the S.Y. 2014-2015 is to eradicate or atleast lessen the number of non-readers and pupils under the frustration level during the Pre-test of the Philippine Reading Inventory (Phil-IRI) held last July of 2014.
In line with this, as to address the alarming situation on readers categorized under Frustration Level, I would like to seek permission to conduct a remedial class in English for selected Grade-Three pupils in ____________________________Elementary School for the whole month of February every 4:00 to 5:00 pm.
Your approval regarding this concern would be highly appreciated.
Sincerely yours
