Swan Green is accessed off Middlewich Road and is formed from two attractive cul-de-sacs, each offering a mix of different house types and sizes. Within the development are ‘The Square’ and ‘The Courtyard’, two landmarks designed to provide a sense of place.

Attention has been paid to ensuring each of the homes has plenty of outside space and is positioned within its plot so as to afford privacy and the most attractive outlook. Stunning mature Oak trees and native shrubs have been retained and complemented by attractive ornamental trees and areas of wildflower planting. The overall feel is one of a delightful hamlet, providing residents with the comfort of community.

Each of the kitchens at Swan Green has been designed and supplied by Second Nature, one of Britain’s leading independently owned kitchen suppliers and a fourth generation family business.

The team works closely with Europe’s most proficient manufacturers to deliver style, quality and innovation to its customers. Second Nature’s expert designers have created kitchen schemes for each of the different house styles available at Swan Green.

Four different ranges have been selected, incorporating both modern and traditional styles to cater for all interior tastes. Each offers an abundance of storage space and uncluttered worksurfaces for easy food preparation.

Sophisticated yet also functional, Porter is a slab kitchen design offering clean, sleek lines for an ultra modern scheme and is available in a high gloss or smooth matt finish.

Remo is a contemporary minimalist design inspired by modern European styles. It features an integrated j-pull handle and is a popular choice for those desiring a clean, uncluttered look.

Fitzroy is a simple shaker style kitchen with a smooth painted finish. It’s paired back look provides a refined and understated style.

Milbourne is a true timeless classic with a wide frame design and subtly textured finish. It’s shaker styling can be dressed up or down depending on choice of colour and accompanying worksurface to suit all interior tastes and settings.

All of the kitchens are available in a wide choice of contemporary colours. Bespoke colours can be provided at extra cost depending on the stage of build at the time of purchase.

The best bathroom designs take inspiration from clutter-free spa-like environments to attend to an individual’s wellbeing as well as their daily practical requirements.

At Swan Green, each of the bathrooms, en suites and ground floor cloakrooms/wcs incorporate the clean lines and minimalist styling of sanitary ware from Duravit’s Durastyle and D-Code ranges.

Soft closing seats, concealed cisterns, frameless shower cubicles and basins all combine to offer sophisticated modern spaces that are beautifully finished with sculptural brassware by Hansgrohe.

BATHROOMS

To ensure a luxurious finish, the walls within bathrooms and en suite showers will be tiled to full height, and half tiled in all other wet areas, including cloakrooms/wcs.

Floors will also be fully tiled in all bathrooms, en suites and cloakrooms/wcs and in kitchens and utility rooms, as well as hallways, family rooms and dining rooms.

A wide range of attractive porcelain floor and wall tiles have been hand picked by the Harvey Homes team for each of the tiled areas within the homes. With styles to choose from in a range of neutral colours and designs and in both standard and large format sizes, there is every opportunity for buyers to apply their own personal style to the interiors of their new home.
