MODERN APPRENTICESHIPS FORSCOTTISH ECONOMY ASPIRATIONS

TIGERS present portfolio of Modern Apprenticeshipsdelivery include –

• Business and Administration,SVQ Level II MA and SVQ Level III MA

• Children’s Care Learning and Development,SVQ Level III MA

• Customer Service,SVQ Level II MA

• General Construction Operations,SVQ Level II MA

We expect to grow our delivery of Modern Apprenticeships byidentifying new emerging frameworks.In support of the Scottish Governments ambitious plans formore MA delivery in Scotland, we are actively in discussion withour employer engagement links to achieve a successfulregistration and completion rates.

TIGERS in a unique Joint Venture with Carillion have createdwithin the past three years over 200 Apprenticeships in theconstruction and related industries under a Host Employer Model.

The model plots a pathway framework for young people byshaping and preparing through Get Ready for Work and LocalAuthorities Initiatives:-

employment status with Carillion 3–6 months intraining centre work experience placement onsites leading to sustainable employment bycompletion of the apprenticeship framework.

To ensure high completion of MA rates we have gained siteexperience support through our meaningful and tangiblepartnerships:–Carillion Businesses and Supply Chain, Scottish Waterand Sub-Contractors, Transport Scotland Sub-Contractorsas well as SME’s.
